PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN ASBUTON LAWELE TERHADAP KARAKTERISTIK CAMPURAN AC-BC DENGAN DURASI PERENDAMAN
Road construction is currently increasing, but road pavement in Indonesia often experiences damage beforereaching the age of the plan. Asbuton Lawele as a road pavement material can not meet these guidelines. Meanwhile,Lawele Asbuton deposit is still quite a lot, so the government wishes that Lawele Asbuton utilization can be carried outto the maximum extent possible to support National Development, considering Asbuton Lawele as one of the country'sassets has a high economic value and deposit. Asbuton is a natural asphalt which is used as an additive to improve thepavement layer of the road. The optimum bitumen content was obtained from Marshall testing. This study aims todetermine the performance of Marshall characteristics and the aggregate properties of asbuton-based hollow asphaltmixtures. Mixture with immersion time variation with 30 minutes soaking standard with duration of 1 day, 3 days, 5 daysand 7 days, to see characteristic performance. The results obtained by the KAO value used in the AC-BC mixture withvariations in immersion duration that meet the mixed characteristic specifications of 6.4%, Marshall values due toimmersion resulted in a weight value, VIM, VMA and VFB did not experience significant changes along with increasingimmersion duration. Stability decreases along with changes in immersion. The decrease from 1 to 3 days was not toosignificant from 3 to 5 and 7 days experienced a significant decrease

TRAFFIC ACCIDENT RATE IN MAKASSAR CITY
Traffic accidents are an important transportation problem in several major Indonesian cities, especially Makassar City. Completion of the problem requires a study that is in particular, the severity of traffic accidents. Therefore, this study aims to reveal the traffic accidents rate in Makassar City. Data was obtained secondary from the Makassar Traffic Accident Unit between January 2012 and December 2015. The results showed that the number of traffic accidents was 3,603 with a total of 5,489 people. The number of victims who experienced the death category was 10.3%, seriously injured 17.1%, slightly injured 72.6%. Based on these results, male victims, adult's victims, senior high school educated victims, the driver victims, double accident type and side collision were very dominant variables affecting traffic accidents rate. The proportion of victims who had an accident was male, 72.3%. The portion of accident victims in adulthood 52.9%. While the percentage of accident victims with high school education is the highest proportion of 55.7% compared to other levels of education, the driver victim has the highest probability of experiencing minor injuries with a risk of 62.6%. Besides, based on accident type, double accidents have the highest proportion of 72.4%, while collision type has the highest percentage occurs in side-direction collisions with a percentage of 53.6%. Therefore, intensive socialization of vehicle use is needed, especially for high school riders

The Nurul Iman Mosque is located in Buae Village, Watangpulu Sidenreng Rappang District, which is used for religious activities. Meanwhile, the condition of the ablution places and toilets is not suitable (damaged) so that male pilgrims have difficulty defecating, PKM Ujung Pandang State Polytechnic is overcoming this problem by rehabilitating the mosque's ablution places and toilets properly. This program aims to rehabilitate or repair ablution areas and men's toilets to be suitable for use and will create a clean and comfortable mosque environment to support worship activities. and can increase the quantity and quality of worship services to Allah SWT. To overcome the problems faced by male worshipers, the procedure is: (1) Coordinate with the Village Head, Mosque Staff; (2) Working together in carrying out repairs to ablution places and toilets; (3) Human resources, carried out independently, so as to help in budget efficiency in the construction or repair of ablution places and mosque toilets, as for rehabilitation of ablution places, namely ablution floors, toilet walls and toilet floors. The results obtained after the rehabilitation of ablution places and toilets were that the male congregation felt that the infrastructure was comfortable and adequate for mosque activities.
