Soggettività giuridica implicita e associazione non riconosciuta
Il saggio analizza il codice del terzo settore dal punto di vista della soggettività degli enti non espressamente regolati. L'autore utilizza la disciplina dell’associazione non riconosciuta per costruire una fattispecie legale implicita destinata al riconoscimento normativo della soggettività. L'Autore, inoltre, tratta questioni vecchie e nuove che entrano in scena in ordine all’attività d’impresa esercitata da enti diversi da quelli la cui disciplina si trova nel libro quinto del codice civile. Vengono inoltre analizzate le diverse funzioni della soggettività giuridica di diritto privato.The essay analyzes the third sector code from the point of view of the subjectivity of entities not expressly regulated. The author’s intention is to build up an implicit legal starting from the discipline of not recognized association so to allow the normative recognition of subjectivity. The Author deals with old and new issues that come into the picture with regard to the activity of enterprise exercised by entities which are different from the ones whose discipline can be found in the fifth book of the Civil Code. The different functions of the legal subjectivity of private law are also analysed
Collective Improvisation: The Practice and Vision of Ingemar Lindh
Ingemar Lindh's research on the principles of collective improvisation and performance conceived as process announce an important development in the 20th-century tradition of the actor's work. After early studies with Étienne Decroux and working collaborations with Jerzy Grotowski, Eugenio Barba, and Yves Lebreton, Lindh founded the first laboratory theatre in Sweden in 1971, the Institutet för Scenkonst.
