razmatra povijest laičkog kanonikata ili porodične kapelanije Angelini kojeg je
utemeljila, u prvoj četvrtini 18. stoljeća pri rovinjskoj župnoj crkvi, Elisabetta Angelini
kako bi ispunila posljednje želje oca Rocca, sina Angela Angelinija, koji je iz Venecije
doselio u istarski gradić polovicom 17. stoljeća. U mletačkom Rovinju svaka je politička
dužnost bila rezervirana za članove Vijeća građana ili rovinjskih plemića, tako da je
uspostava kapelanije bila način koji je obitelj izabrala za potvrđivanje svog društvenog
uspona kojega je započeo don Antonio Angelini stjecanjem doktorata u Padovi 19. srpnja
1712. i izborom dvije godine kasnije za jednog od četiri kanonika rovinjskog Kaptola. Od
tada će, više od jednog stoljeća, pet kanonika neprekidno zauzimati kapelaniju Angelini,
sve do posljednjeg Michiela Sufficha. Ovo je mali presjek crkvene povijesti u Rovinju,
kojoj je obitelj Angelini doprinijela ne samo sa svojom porodičnom kapelanijom već i s
raznim svečenicima, među kojima je bio i don Giuseppe Angelini, župnik u Vodnjanu
i kanonik u Poreču, a koji je okončao svoj dugi život u dobi od 86 godina u rujnu 1900.,

New treatments for myasthenia: a focus on antisense oligonucleotides

Current symptomatic therapy is based on acetylcholinesterase (AChE) drugs. The available long-term current therapy includes steroids and other immunomodulatory agents. MG is associated with the production of a soluble, rare isoform of AChE, also referred as the “read-through” transcript (AChE-R). Monarsen (EN101) is a synthetic antisense compound directed against the AChE gene. Monarsen was administered in 16 patients with MG and 14 patients achieved a clinically significant response. The drug is now in a Phase II study. Further investigations are required to confirm its long-term effects.Keywords: myasthenia gravis, antisense oligonucleotides, acetyl cholinesterase, EN10

**Objectives**
Precision Medicine (PM) uses advanced Machine Learning (ML) techniques and big data to develop personalized treatments, but healthcare still relies on traditional statistical procedures not targeted on individuals. This study investigates the impact of ML on epidemiology.
**Methods**
A quantitative analysis of the articles in PubMed for the years 2000–2019 was conducted to investigate the use of statistical methods and ML in epidemiology. Using structural topic modelling, two groups of topics were identified and analysed over time: topics closer to the clinical side of epidemiology and topics closer to the population side.
**Results**
The curve of the prevalence of topics associated with population epidemiology basically corresponds to the curve of the relative statistical methods, while the more dynamic curve of clinical epidemiology broadly reproduces the trend of algorithmic methods.
**Conclusion**
The findings suggest that a renewed separation between clinical epidemiology and population epidemiology is emerging, with clinical epidemiology taking more advantage of recent developments in algorithmic techniques and moving closer to bioinformatics, whereas population epidemiology seems to be slower in this innovation.

Ancient Mythology in the Trilogy Starcrossed of Josephina Angelini
No full textThis Bachelor thesis focuses on analysis of Ancient Mythology in the Starcrossed Trilogy of Josephina Angelini. The inspiration by ancient Greek mythology is evident throughout the series, as it's practically a transposition of the Trojan War into 21st century context. The characters are reincarnated mythical heroes of the Trojan War. The thesis contains a section dedicated to ancient Greek myths in general. The main goal of the thesis is to encapsulate all similarities, differences and elements received from the ancient Greek originals. The author accentuates the need for glossaries added into works with ancient Greek themes, since a reader who is not familiar with these might be rather confused by their adaptation in a completely different storyline. To achieve the abovementioned goal, the thesis provides literary-scientific context, definitions of key concepts, analysis of the narrator, composition, time space etc. Chapters containing transcribed interviews with book influencers provide readers' reception of the Starcrossed series on Czech literary scene and abroad. The author has performed analysis of the Starcrossed series by Josephine Angelini via comparing the series to, above all, Homer's Iliad. These works are further supplemented by literature on ancient Greek mythology and literary...Bakalářská práce nesoucí název téma Antická mytologie v trilogii Proroctví od Josephine Angelini se zaměřuje na analýzu "young adult" a mytologických prvků v trilogii obsažených. V knižní sérii je očividná inspirace antickou mytologií, jedná se de facto o vyobrazení trójské války v kontextu 21. století, která se opět odehrává v rámci reinkarnace mýtických hrdinů. V bakalářské práci ovšem nechybí ani kapitola týkající se mýtů obecně. Hlavní cíl této bakalářské práce je postihnout veškeré podobnosti, odlišnosti a převzaté prvky z mytologické předlohy čili z pramenů. Současně s cílem práce je zde snaha apelovat na důležitost doplnění slovníčků v knihách s mytologickou tematikou. Vychází se z poznatku, že neznalý čtenář mytologie může být poněkud zmaten, vzhledem ke zapracování mýtů do vlastního příběhu s odlišnou dějovou linií. Je tedy kladen důraz na zachycení všech těchto odlišností. I z těchto důvodů je práce doplněna o literárně-vědný kontext, vysvětlení klíčových termínů, zpracování analýzy vypravěče, kompozice, časoprostoru etc. Bakalářská práce dále obsahuje kapitoly zaměřené na čtenářský ohlas na sérii Proroctví z českého i zahraničního prostředí spolu s přepisy rozhovorů s knižními influencery.
