Amar Nath Prasad’s Pebbles on the Seashore : Vivid Images of India
In 21st century, Indian English poetry presents vivid images of India considering socio-cultural realities of our time. Dr. Amar Nath Prasad’s poem collection Pebbles on the Seashore also represents this truth. Without love and sense of beauty, human life becomes dry and mechanical. Nature is the great source of love and beauty. Dr. Prasad has considered it as the centre of his poems. Nature- environment is the lifeline for every living but human’s lust for material progress harms nature. Dr. Prasad has highlighted it realistically. Love, nature and nation are very appealingly portrayed in his poems. The first poem of this anthology “The Priest of Nature” has been prescribed in B.A. Part II (Semester III) of Sant Baba Gadge, Amravati University, Maharashtra. A preliminary analytical examination of Amar Nath Prasad\u27s poetry demonstrates his mastery of similes, metaphors, and other literary techniques, all of which he has skillfully and brilliantly employed. His combination of form and emotion is excellent, and it deserves critical acclaim, especially in this empty and constricting period when people feel so alone and alone. The poetry will undoubtedly turn out to be a comfort to the worries, fears, and hardships of contemporary, materialistic man
The Songs of William Blake and Sant Kavi Lakshmi Sakhi: A Spiritual, Mystical, and Literary Exploration
Both William Blake and Sant Lakshmi Sakhi belong to two different religions, cultures, and climes, but their views and visions, images, and imaginations have very close conformity in both matter and manner, which make the readers mesmerized in the realms of spiritualism, mysticism, and literature. William Blake was the late 18th century and early 19 th Century mystic and spiritual poet whose classic work " Songs of Innocence and Songs of Experience" dealt with spiritualism, mysticism, and romanticism in its rich manifestations with meaning and message not only to the contemporary age but even today in this dry and monotonous age of materialism. Similarly, Sant Kavi Lakshmi Sakhi, the great saint of the Bhojpuri language, was the 19 th Century mystic and spiritual poet whose four classic divine works, namely Amar Sidhi, Amar Kahani, Amar Bilas, and Amar Faras, are milestones in the field of spiritual and mystical poetry often suffused with the colour and craftsmanship of the various tools and devices of great art and literature. Unfortunately, the language Bhojpuri in which Sant Lakshmi Sakhi has poured his thoughts and messages woven into the fabric of art and beauty, is marginalized today in Bihar, and such classic works that need to be restored, preserved, and upgraded for posterity are in utter negligence. Modern Facebook boys and girls have little concern about such classic legacies. The aforementioned four Granthas of Sant Lakshmi Sakhi, which are called "Granth Ramji," are worshipped in the Samadhi Sthal ( Monastery) at Teruwan Math near Sattar Ghat on the bank of pious river Narayani ( Gandaki) in the district of Gopalganj, Bihar, India. "Amar Sidhi," and its translation into the English language is being processed. Today, the young generation must know their heritage and legacy, and it is time to wake up with concerted efforts to make "the local to vocal," which is also part and parcel of the Modern Indian Knowledge System of Education
Laser-drawn silicon core fibers for nonlinear photonics
The nonlinear properties of CO laser-drawn silicon core fibres are characterised for the first time. By employing a tapering process to optimise the coupling into fibres with micrometre-sized core diameters, we show that the nonlinear parameters are in good agreement with single-crystal silicon

Environmental sensor based on optical-resonance-enhancement in a MoS2 printed D-shaped single-mode fiber
Molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) has emerged as a versatile two-dimensional material platform for many optical and optoelectronic applications due to its layer-dependent band structure, which can be tuned from direct to indirect by increasing the number of layers. In this work, the integration of MoS2 layers onto a D-shaped side-polished optical fiber has been demonstrated using an inkjet printing technique. We show that MoS2 devices exhibit a strong wavelength dependent transmission spectrum, with a transmittance dip of ~ –50 dB, which can be tuned from near to the mid-infrared wavelength regions by varying the printing paths. Exposure of the MoS2 device to deionized water has revealed that the wavelength position of dip changes by more than 70 nm in response to the mode’s interaction with the liquid. These results indicate that inkjet-printed MoS2 devices could find applications for the development of environmental gas or humidity sensors.</p
