When we looked at the patterns of the early period of Urdu literature which took literary materials from Arabic and Persian, we see that these are biographical samples. Therefore a /ot of biographical Works had been written in Sub-Continent. The present article is about the historical progress of the biography in the nineteenth century in lndia. A part from it this study deals with Altaf Husayn Ha/f and his biographical Works on this topic
A Frequency Reconfigurable Compact Planar Inverted-F Antenna for Portable Devices
In this paper, a low-profile, compact size, inexpensive, and easily integrable frequency reconfigurable antenna system is proposed. The proposed antenna consists of an inverted-F shape antenna, capacitors, and switching PIN diodes. The designed antenna element is fabricated on easy available and less expensive FR-4 substrate (epsilon(r) = 4.4, tan delta = 0.02). The switching diodes are incorporated within the radiating structure of the antenna design, and by changing the different states of PIN diodes, frequency reconfigurable response is achieved. While adjusting the different states of the diodes, the antenna resonates between 0.841 GHz and 2.12 GHz and covers six different frequency bands. The proposed system has compact size of 44x14x3.2 mm(3). The gain of the antenna is between 1.89 and 2.12 dBi. The measurement results shows the good agreement with simulated results for different key performance parameters. Additionally, the proposed antenna shows omni-directional far-field characteristics for various different frequencies

Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

Optimal load sharing in reconfigurable battery systems using an improved model predictive control method
Optimal load sharing through balancing has the potential of increasing the lifetime and capacity of the lithiumion battery. This paper presents a model predictive control (MPC) approach for optimal load sharing for lithium-ion multi-battery systems in electric vehicles. The primary objective is the satisfaction of the motoring or regenerative load power demand. Secondary objectives are state of charge (SoC) and temperature balancing amongst battery units. An advanced electro-thermal model which includes a two-state thermal model is used, which leads to better performance in terms of temperature balancing and control. The proposed MPC controller, which reduces battery degradation, is validated through simulations under the urban dynamometer driving schedule. The results showed satisfactory power tracking, and SoC and temperature balancing
