The article deals with issues related to the problem of criminological security. Scientific analysis is the relevance of the problem, the evaluation of the concept of “criminological security”, proposed by various scientists. The Author believes that it is advisable to present criminological security as a subsystem of any type of security that requires a separate analysis and appropriate support. Criminological security is an element of any kind of security, for example, international, military, foreign policy, state, public, etc., it includes various kinds of criminal threats and other phenomena related to crime. The data of the author's research concerning the influence of certain criminal threats faced by citizens are presented. The author believes that the presence of criminal threats in all spheres of life of the individual, society and the state requires the creation of the corresponding threats to the system of criminal security. In order to create such a system, it is necessary to identify the actual state of crime and its manifestations in order to identify real and potential internal and external threats at all levels of government, in all spheres of public relations and for each individual

The article discusses issues related to the provision of criminological security of minors at the national level. The Author analyzes the normative legal basis and main directions of activity of subjects of prevention of the violation of child rights in the Russian Federation. The Author believes that the current system of legal guarantees of criminological security of minors not fully meet modern requirements of protection of rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of adolescents. In particular, the legislation of the Russian Federation is largely focused on protecting the interests of disadvantaged segments of the population, including minors, being in socially dangerous position. It is proposed to improve the existing legislation through the adoption of a new federal law “The bases of the system of prevention of offences and security of minors”, which will be an important step towards building a legal state

The article discusses issues concerning the problems of drug addiction, which is distributed mainly among the youth. The Author analyzes the normative legal basis and main directions of activity of subjects on the prevention and suppression of illicit traffic in narcotic drugs. Are also analyzed official statistics of drug abusers and drug addicts and the results of the study on the relevance of the drug problem and the reasons for its spread among minors. The paper deals with the materials from three sites, namely the settlement Bannoye-5a (Berezki), Telyashevo-4 and Sabakty-3/5. They are discovered with ceramics of the early nomads (late V – late IV century BC). All these sites are situated within a narrow strip of mountain steppes along the eastern slope of the Southern Urals (modern Abzelilovsky district of the Republic of Bashkortostan). It is on the same latitude as Magnitogorsk. The settlement Bannoye-5a (Berezki) was studied in 1972–1976 and 2004–2005. The received materials were analyzed and showed three points of spread early nomadic ceramics. Two of them were revealed by excavations and are rather small in size. Also a similar situation was at Telyashevo-4 settlement. It is shown that all three sites can be interpreted as nomadic campsites. When the author analyzes all the information about the spread area of Southern Ural nomads in the middle of the I millennium BC, the author can conclude that the campsites and other types of settlements close to them were quite common (more than 30 sites are currently recorded). It is particularly complicated to find and register such kind of sites, however, studying them is the only way to learn something new about their household, spread and land development

The article demonstrates that the central part of South Ural Mountains with surrounding foot-hills was a special transzonal territory, where the natural conditions prevented development of homogenous and stable ethnic and cultural formations in the central part of the South-Ural region. In the I Millennium BC, this region accepted numerous groups of forest and northern forest-steppe population who continuously migrated here from the north and lived in the immediate vicinity to the steppe nomads. The author identified three main itineraries of such groups migrating to the south. A number of laws of interaction of forest and northern forest-steppe early Iron Age population was considered, both among themselves and with the nomads

The article is devoted to the analysis of an objective possibility of recognition of institute of family and legal responsibility as independent institute in system of legal responsibility. The emphasis is placed on regulations of the current legislation, provisions of regulations of various industries of the right then motivated conclusions are made are compared. Family and legal responsibility as an independent legal design acts as an object of research. In the course of the research prevailing uses a comparison method, and also the analysis, synthesis, deduction and induction. Having weighed all arguments, the author comes to own conclusion about a possibility of reckoning of institute of family and legal responsibility to an independent type of legal responsibility which has, besides, cross-industry nature. Article is executed with assistance of RGNF, the project No. 16-33-00017 "Complex, cross-industry institute of legal responsibility: a concept, structure, interrelations and the place in system of the right".</jats:p

Universal Approach for DEM Parameters Calibration of Bulk Materials

No full text
DEM parameters calibration is the most important step in preparing a DEM model. At the same time, the lack of a universal approach to DEM parameters calibration complicates this process. The paper presents the author’s approach to creating a universal calibration approach based on the physical meaning of the friction coefficients and conducting symmetrical experiments at full scale and in a simulation, as well as the implementation of the approach in the form of a physical test rig. Several experiments were carried out to determine the DEM parameters of six material–boundary pairs. The resulting parameters were adjusted using a refinement experiment. The results confirmed the adequacy of the developed approach, as well as its applicability in various conditions. The limitations of both the approach itself and its specific implementation in the form of a test rig were identified
