PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI, KOMUNIKASI DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAAN KERJA KARYAWAN UNIVERSITAS AHMAD DAHLAN YOGYAKARTA
This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, communication and work environment on job satisfaction of Ahmad Dahlan University employees. In this study the population used was faculty administration employees who have an accreditation study program totaling 65 people. The sample used was 65 respondents using the saturated sampling method. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. Hypothesis testing using t test shows that organizational culture has no effect on employee job satisfaction while communication and work environment influence on job satisfaction. Then through the F test shows that organizational culture, communication and work environment simultaneously affect job satisfaction
PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, INSENTIF, DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP LOYALITAS KARYAWAN ADMINISTRATIF KANTOR FAKULTAS DI UNIVERSITAS AHMAD DAHLAN YOGYAKARTA
This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, incentives and work environment both partially and jointly on the loyalty of the administrative staff of the Faculty office at Ahmad Dahlan University, Yogyakarta. This research is a quantitative research. Data collection using a questionnaire method (questionnaire) that has been tested for validity and reliability, while data analysis is done using multiple linear regression analysis. The sample of this study was all administrative employees in all faculties at Ahmad Dahlan University, amounting to 60 employees with sample collection techniques using saturated samples, so the sample size in this study amounted to 60 employees. The results showed that: 1) Leadership has a significant effect on employee loyalty, this is indicated by the results of the t test of 3.123 with a significance of 0.003. 2) Incentives have a negative and significant effect on employee loyalty, this is indicated by the results of t count of -2,378 with a significance of 0.021. 3) The work environment has no effect on employee loyalty. 4) Leadership, incentives and work environment together have a significant effect on employee loyalty, this is indicated by an F count of 3.647 with a significance of 0.0.018 with a regression equation Y = -2.315 + 0.432X1-0.333X2 + 0.099X3 + e. With a large effect of 0.16.3%, while the remaining 83.7% is influenced by other independent variables that are not observed

Synthesis of 2-acetyl-5-t-butyl-l,4-benzoquinone
2-Acetyl-5-t-butyl-l,4-benzoquinone (1), was synthesized since addition oj substituted buta-V, 3-dienes to it should give the adduct (2)a compound required for further study of the acetyl shift mechanism, suggested by Ahmad, et al. (1981). A series of reactions for the synthesis of the quinone (l)from t-butylhydroquinone (3) is discussed
PENGARUH PELIMPAHAN WEWENANG DALAM HUBUNGAN PARTISIPASI PENYUSUNAN ANGGARAN DENGAN KINERJA (STUDI PADA UNIT KEGIATAN MAHASISWA FAKULTAS EKONOMI UAD)
Prior research found inconsitency result about relationship between participation budgeting with performance. This research is deigned to find out the effect of decentralization on relation participation budgeting to performance in organization student of Economic Faculty Ahmad Dahlan University.Data were collected by performing laboratory experiment with 2x2 factorial designs. The subjects in this research were 80 Accounting Department students of Ahmad Dahlan University, but four students incomplete to answer my questionnaire. Hypothesis was tested using 2x2 Anova. This research found that performance of student have participation budgeting higher than students haven’t participation budgeting on decentralization systems (p-value = 0.018), decentralization influenced relationship between participation budgeting with performance (p-value = 0.026)
Design and Development of 0.3-T Toroidal Field Coil System for Small-Sized MT-II Spherical Tokamak
The achievement of a high toroidal magnetic field in a small spherical tokamak is challenging because of the small bore area in the central cylinder of the vacuum vessel. In this paper, we present a toroidal field coil of 0.3 T at the center of the MT-II tokamak. It has been designed, developed, and tested for installation at Pakistan Tokamak Plasma Research Institute (PTPRI). The coil is made of highly pure oxygen-free copper. It has a cross-sectional area of 10 × 15 mm2 (150 mm2) for the flow of an approximately 20-kA current to produce a 0.33 T toroidal magnetic field at the center of the tokamak. Mechanical support for the central stack of the inner legs is provided by a twisted grooved nylon cylinder to control the torque and attractive forces. The repulsive force density between the joints of the outer and inner legs is balanced by nuts and bolts along with an insulated ring of Teflon and an isolated metallic clamp from both ends. This compressive force also reduces connection resistance. The simulated currents and magnetic field are confirmed from the experimental results as well
Trilocha nicobari N. Singh & Ahmad 2021, sp. nov.
– T. nicobari N. Singh & Ahmad, sp. nov. Type information. TL: 4 km South of Vijay nagar, Great Nicobar Island, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Holotype male, depository: NZCZSI. Distribution: Great Nicobar island, India. Remark: T. nicobari, sp. nov. is a closely similar species of T. varians, a widely distributed species in India, including Andaman Islands. However, all the records of Nicobar belong to the new species only. Therefore, T. nicobari and T. varians appears to be allopatric with the former as an endemic to Nicobar.Published as part of Singh, Navneet, Ahmad, Jalil & Chandra, Kailash, 2021, A new species of genus Trilocha Moore, [1860] from Great Nicobar Island, India (Lepidoptera, Bombycoidea, Bombycidae), pp. 586-592 in Zootaxa 4970 (3) on page 587, DOI: 10.11646/zootaxa.4970.3.10, http://zenodo.org/record/476666
