    This repository contains an R package for conducting the numerical and analytical solutions of diffusion equation with simple condition. Originally and mainly developed (for now) for the thesis of Alkadri (https://www.theses.fr/s188555), many changes have been made since its first conception. In this release particularly, many of the functions have been rewritten and a new method of finite differences has been added, that is of the Newtonian method. The equations and the functions were adapted from the paper written by Filipov & Farago (2018), link: https://arxiv.org/abs/1811.06337 . </p

    Makalah ini bertujuan mengkaji sumbangan Ahmad Ibrahim (1916-1999) dalam usahanya merangka dan menjayakan gagasan Islamisasi undang-undang di Malaysia. Beliau telah membangunkan kerangka perundangan Islam yang bernafaskan prinsip hukum dan syariat yang dilakarkannya bagi menggantikan undang-undang sivil yang diwarisi dari penjajah. Kajian ini berasaskan metode kualitatif dari jenis analisis kandungan. Sumber data diperoleh dari bahan primer dan sekunder yang terkait dan dianalisis secara deskriptif, historis dan komparatif. Ia mengkaji secara terperinci kaedah yang diusulkan Ahmad Ibrahim bagi menerapkan dan meninggikan harkat undang-undang Islam dan sistem pentadbiran dan kehakimannya seperti yang dicerakinkan dan dibincangkan dalam karya-karyanya. Temuan ringkas menyimpulkan bahwa Ahmad Ibrahim telah membawa pembaharuan dalam pentadbiran undang-undang Islam dengan memperkenalkan kaedah perundangan Islam dan syariah dalam usahanya menegakkan prinsip syariat dan semangat perundangannya di Malaysia

    Implementation of KH Ahmad Dahlan's educational thoughts in the merdeka curriculum

    This research aims to see how the thoughts of KH Ahmad Dahlan are implemented in the kurikulum merdeka that is being promoted by the government through KEMDIKBUDRISTEK. The research method used is a literature review where the author collects data on the educational thoughts of KH Ahmad Dahlan, independent curriculum and discusses how it is implemented. The results of the study show that the thoughts of KH Ahmad Dahlan are implemented in the independent curriculum in several aspects including: in the education system, namely the integration of religious and Scientific knowledge curricula, in the aspect of educational goals, namely the formation of students who are religiously knowledgeable and intelligent in insight and scientific views which are reflected in the Pancasila student profile, in terms of technical implementation, namely indications of pending development of educational implementation, in terms of learning methods namely contextual learning which is reflected in intracurricular and cocurricular learning models on independent curriculum. In addition to these four aspects, both KH Ahmad Dahlan and the concept of independent curriculum focus on developing students both individually and socially. The implication of this research is the formation of educational institutions that truly become an answer to the needs of students in facing the development of time, not just schools as a formality to get a diploma. As for educators, they should be more open-minded so that they are ready to develop and ready to become a solution for student development

    Artikel ini diawali dengan sebuah pertanyaan penting, andaikan Ahmad Dahlan hidup hari ini, gagasan pembaharuan pendidikan apa yang akan dilakukan. Pembaharuan pendidikan yang dilakukan oleh Ahmad Dahlan sudah berusia lebih dari satu abad. Tantangan yang dihadapi oleh umat Islam juga berubah. Oleh karena itu, gagasan pembaharuan pendidikan Ahmad Dahlan juga harus senantiasa diperbaharui. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjawab dua pertanyaan sebagai berikut: Pertama, tantangan apa saja yang dihadapi oleh pendidikan abad ke-2 Muhammadiyah? Kedua, bagaimanakah gagasan pembaharuan pendidikan abad ke-2 Muhammadiyah? Berdasarkan analisis data terhadap sumber yang dikumpulkan, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan abad ke-2 Muhammadiyah memiliki tantangan yang tidak sepenuhnya sama, dan juga tidak sepenuhnya berbeda, dengan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh Ahmad Dahlan semasa hidupnya. Keterbelakangan umat Islam dalam berbagai bidang, problem dikotomi pendidikan Islam, dan pengaruh budaya Barat merupakan tantangan yang serupa yang dihadapi oleh Ahmad Dahlan maupun pendidikan abad ke-2 Muhammadiyah. Sementara itu, perkembangan teknologi informasi, globalisasi, internasionalisasi, dan segenap isu-isu kemanusiaan global merupakan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh pendidikan abad ke-2 Muhammadiyah. Untuk menghadapi berbagai tantangan tersebut diperlukan gagasan-gagasan pembaharuan. Kontekstualisasi lima karakteristik Risalah Islam Berkemajuan, adaptasi epistemologi bayani-burhani-irfani, responsif terhadap perkembangan teknologi informasi, diversifikasi sekolah Muhammadiyah, best future practices, dan internasionalisasi merupakan gagasan-gagasan penting yang diperlukan dalam upaya pembaharuan pendidikan abad ke-2 Muhammadiyah

    This research main goals is to know the influence of an adversity quotient, emotional quotient and stress towards academic achievement among student who join organisations in Universitas Ahmad Dahlan. This research was a survey research using questionnaire as an instrument. Population of this research was a student who join organisation in Universitas Ahmad Dahlan. The sample that used was student who join an organisation such as DPM, BEM, HMPS and UKM from 2017 to 2018 school years that consist of 289 respondent with a proposional rundwon sampling technic. Instrument validation test was used pearson product moment, while the reliability was used alpha cronbach. Analysis technic that used was a mutiple reggresion analysis technic. The result of this research showing that adversity quotient variable (X1) has significant effect to academic achievement. emotional quotient variable (X2) has no significant effect to academic achievement. stress variable (X3) has significant effect to academic achievement. adversity quotient, emotional quotient and stress at the same time has a significant effect to academic achievement

    This study aims to determine the effect of Employee Engagement, Organizational Commitment, and Transformational Leadership on Readiness for Change in employees of Ahmad Dahlan University, Yogyakarta. The population in this study is the employees of Ahmad Dahlan University of Yogyakarta, amounting to 357 people and the sample used is 103 people, the sampling technique used is purposive sampling with sample criteria are permanent employees with a minimum working period of one year and have not moved to campus 4 UAD. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that Employee Engagement has no effect on Readiness for Change of Ahmad Dahlan University employees. Organizational Commitment affects the Readiness for Change of Ahmad Dahlan University employees. Transformational leadership does not affect the Readiness for Change of Ahmad Dahlan University employees. And employee engagement, organizational commitment, and transformational leadership simultaneously influence the readiness for change in employees of Ahmad Dahlan University Yogyakarta
