The Christian religion represented by the church with the modern reform movement gave a very strong influence on Christianity itself, causing physical battles between the church and supporters of moderation. No full textAl-Wujud's philosophy "exists," is the most abstract concept. Therefore, there are two opinions in response to this. One way is to assume that "there" cannot be defined or captured by the mind, but can only be directly captured by intellectual intuition. This may be acceptable to the minds of most people, but is "There" God too? Of course, there are people who argue that "There" is something absolute that is not the same as "There" is something relative. However, this is not the case with Mulla Sadra (philosopher of Isfhan) who argues that "Ada" is single and all for all objects, both concrete and abstract. Nevertheless "There" is God is "There" is pure, while "There" is the other mixed with essence. Because God is pure "There", saying "God does not exist" is an impossibility. If God does not exist, it means that "There" is not there. Isn't that an impossibility? Therefore, God is absolutely necessary (Wajib al-Wujud). Because "There is no" is a contradiction, the opposite statement is true
Stenochlaena palustris aqueous extract reduces hepatic peroxidative stress in Marmota caligata with induced fever
No full textThe kelakai fern (Stenochlaena palustris) contains bioactive substances, such as flavonoids, steroids, and alkaloids. The kelakai is used by the Kenyah Dayak communities for the treatment of anemia, fever, and cutaneous disorders. Fever is increased temperature regulation of the body, which process indirectly increases the production of peroxides, leading to peroxidative stress. The aim of this research study was to evaluate the influence of an aqueous extract of the kelakai fern on peroxidative stress in the hoary marmot (Marmota caligata) with experimentally-induced fever. This was a true experimental study, with post test-only and control group design, involving 6 groups, each made up of 4 animals. Peroxide concentration was measured by a modification of the FOX2 method and peroxidase activity by the Kanehira method. The kelakai extract was administered to the animals by gavage at weight-adjusted dosages between 7.75 x 10-4 mg/kg body weight to 1.24 x 10-2 mg/kg body weight. Data were analyzed using singe linear regression test. The results showed that kelakai extract dose significantly reduced the peroxide levels, regression equation with the Y = 2.513-106.03 X (R2 = 0.8057), indicating that 80.5% variation of peroxide levels is predicted by the kelakai extract dose. From the results we conclude that kelakai aqueous extract decreases peroxide levels in hoary marmots with experimentally-induced fever

Full text linkFilsafat adalah cabang ilmu yang berasal dari Yunani, mempunyai arti dari segi bahasa adalah love of wisdom yang dalam islam adalah love of wisdom, filsafat yang timbul dari rasa ingin tahu, kagum, takut dan lain-lain, tokoh-tokoh filsafat umum seperti Thales, Socrates, Plato, Aristoteles dan lain-lain, kemudian Al-Kindi membawa filsafat ini ke dalam ranah Islam sehingga muncul istilah filsafat Islam dan kemudian dikembangkan lagi oleh tokoh-tokoh Islam lainnya seperti al-Farabi, al-Ghazali dan sebagainya. Meski sudah lama ada, filsafat Islam telah melahirkan banyak kontradiksi dan konflik, terutama dari masyarakat awam dan ekstremis. Bahkan ada yang mengatakan bahwa filsafat itu sesat dan menyesatkan. Di kalangan umat Islam sendiri, masih banyak kita jumpai yang menentang bahkan melarang falsafah ini karena dianggap sesat. Itulah beberapa kontradiksi yang dapat kita temukan di masyarakat diantara sekian banyak kontradiksi yang akan dibahas nanti sesuai dengan tujuan penulisan ini, dengan mencari data secara langsung diantara masyarakat sekitar yang menjadi objek pengamatan dan juga nantinya akan ada beberapa jurnal, beberapa artikel dan buku sebagai referensi tambahan, namun sebelum nanti membahas tentang kontradiksi filsafat islam di era modern, kita akan membahas dari awal munculnya filsafat, selanjutnya kita akan membahas filsafat islam dan nantinya kita akan masuk ke dalam kontradiksi filsafat Islam di era modern
Analysis of risk factors and prevention strategy in accidents among coal hauling trucks: a scoping review
Get PDFPowered hauling equipment is one of the most critical operational elements in the mining sector. Haulage is a significant hazard for the mining industry, accounting for over half of all mining-related fatal accidents yearly. Identifying safety risk variables is the foundation of risk assessment and accident prevention. This study aimed to identify risk variables and prevention techniques to reduce occurrences among truck drivers in coal mining. This research approach is a scoping review with the PRISMA Extension for Scoping Reviews (PRISMA-ScR). Thirty-five articles were reviewed based on the results of inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data analysis was performed using content analysis. The results show that human, environmental, machine and organizational factors contribute to the risk among truck drivers in coal mining. Safety culture, staffing and scheduling, training and education, policy and procedure implementation, and technology deployment are all part of the accident prevention plan. The central government should pay particular attention to the employment conditions of workers in cities with decreased resources and develop policies to prevent mining-related diseases in local communities
