Electronic spectroscopy of carbon chain radicals using cw cavity ring down in conjunction with mass detection
The electronic absorption spectrum of the 2A'' − X 2A'' origin band of the
nonlinear carbon chain radical C6H4
+ was rotationally resolved by cw-CRD
spectroscopy [41]. It was analysed using a least-squares method and the rotational
constants of the ground and excited states were determined accurately. The 581 nm
band observed under the same discharge conditions is assigned to the same electronic
transition of C6H4
+ but involving the excitation of the ν12 vibrational mode in the
upper state based on comparison with ab initio results. The presented data provide a
basis for future observations of the C6H4
+ radical in both millimeter and infrared
regions.
A linear time-of-flight mass spectrometer was constructed to provide on-line
monitoring of the plasma discharge with a mass resolution of 1 amu at a range up to
120 amu. The results from the acetylene/helium plasma discharge are in good
agreement with those obtained using the reflectron TOF mass spectrometer and a
similar ion source [42]. To improve the experimental set-up, the following
modifications can be made:
• Transferring the signal from the oscilloscope directly to a PC via a
GPIB card will increase the speed of data processing;
• Computer control of the voltage applied will make the spectrometer
easier to operate;
• Using a metal grid at ground potential in front of MCP detector will
increase the flight time of ions improving the mass resolution;
• Installing a focusing lens will increase the number of ions arriving at
the detector, and therefore increase the signal on the oscilloscope

MicroRNA Expression in High‐Grade B‐Cell Lymphoma With 11q Aberration
ABSTRACT Mature aggressive B‐cell lymphomas, such as Burkitt lymphoma (BL) and Diffuse large B‐cell lymphoma (DLBCL), show variations in microRNA (miRNA) expression. The entity of High‐grade B‐cell lymphoma with 11q aberration (HGBCL‐11q) shares several biological features with both BL and DLBCL but data on its miRNA expression profile are yet scarce. Hence, this study aims to analyze the potential differences in miRNA expression of HGBCL‐11q compared to BL and DLBCL. We evaluated the expression profiles of 2083 miRNAs in 25 HGCBL‐11q, 7 BL, 131 DLBCL, and tonsils using the HTG EdgeSeq miRNA whole transcriptome assay. Uniform manifold approximation and projection (UMAP) and differential gene expression analyses based on DESeq2 were carried out. UMAP analysis of miRNA expression did not reveal distinct groups among the studied lymphomas. However, differential gene expression investigations detected sets of overexpressed miRNAs in HGBCL‐11q when compared to BL (miR‐9‐3p, miR‐9‐5p, miR‐3919, miR‐129‐1‐3p, miR‐129‐2‐3p, miR‐331‐3p, miR‐196b‐5p, and miR‐28‐5p) and DLBCL (miR‐3919, miR‐1290, miR‐4538, and miR‐4791), respectively. Notably, miR‐3919 showed heterogeneous but significantly higher expression ( p ‐value < 0.001) in HGBCL‐11q than in both, BL and DLBCL. We identified a group of differentially expressed miRNAs between HGBCL‐11q vs. BL and DLBCL, with miR‐3919 as the most commonly and recurrently overexpressed miRNA in HGBCL‐11q.Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung https://doi.org/10.13039/50110000234
OCCASIONAL ONOMASTICON OF A CYCLE OF NOVELS ABOUT TANYA GROTTER BY DMITRIY EMETS AS A LINGUOCULTURAL PHENOMENON
This article discusses the specificity of occasional onomasticon in the cycle of novels
by Dmitriy Emets (b. 1974) featuring Tanya Grotter, which is an outstanding example
of fantasy literature, playing an important role in the modern cultural space, and
targeted mainly at children and teenagers. It has been established that while creating
the onomastic space of the cycle the author draws parallels with J. Rowling’s novels
about Harry Potter and forms onyms – occasionalisms based on the precedent names
(folk, mythological, religious, literary, and historical), foreign language vocabulary,
phraseology, etc. The desire to comprehend the author’s intention and to understand the
characteristics presented in onyms not only motivates readers to expand their horizon,
but also engages them in cross-cultural communication
OpenForecast: An Assessment of the Operational Run in 2020–2021
OpenForecast is the first openly available national-scale operational runoff forecasting system in Russia. Launched in March 2020, it routinely provides 7-day ahead predictions for 834 gauges across the country. Here, we provide an assessment of the OpenForecast performance on the long-term evaluation period from 14 March 2020 to 31 October 2021 (597 days) for 252 gauges for which operational data are available and quality-controlled. Results show that OpenForecast is a robust system based on reliable data and solid computational routines that secures efficient runoff forecasts for a diverse set of gauges

Non-commutative differentiation and estimates on operator integrals
In 2017 Martijn Caspers, Fedor Sukochev and Dmitriy Zanin published a paper which generalises the proof of Davies' 1988 paper, and thus resolves the Nazarov-Peller conjecture. The proofs of these papers have been presented in this thesis. They have been expanded with a proof that generalises the conjecture to arbitrary Schatten classes. The optimality of the estimates in the conjecture is also studied, following the example of the 2016 paper by Coine et al. In addition, the quantum mechanical context is provided to interpret the presented results.Applied Mathematic
DEVELOPMENT OF E-GOVERNMENT: THE EU AND RUSSIA EXPERIENCE IN COMPARATIVE PERSPECTIVE
This paper is dedicated to research of different aspects of development of eGovernment mechanisms. Activities and state of play in the sphere within the European Union and the Russian Federation have been analyzed and compared by the author.
The author paid particular attention to the process of implementation of relevant EU legislation in the legal systems of EU Member States. To illustrate the process was chosen Ireland. The paper considers main Russian legal instruments for development of the eGovernment concept. The author outlines existing obstacles and proposes some ways to overcome them
Weak (1,1) estimates for multiple operator integrals and generalized absolute value functions
Consider the generalized absolute value function defined by a(t) = | t| tn−1, t∈ ℝ, n∈ ℕ≥ 1. Further, consider the n-th order divided difference function a[n]: ℝn+1 → ℂ and let 1 < p1, …, pn < ∞ be such that ∑l=1npl−1=1. Let Spl denote the Schatten-von Neumann ideals and let S1,∞ denote the weak trace class ideal. We show that for any (n + 1)-tuple A of bounded self-adjoint operators the multiple operator integral Ta[n]A maps Sp1×⋯×Spn to S1,∞ boundedly with uniform bound in A. The same is true for the class of Cn+1-functions that outside the interval [−1, 1] equal a. In [CLPST16] it was proved that for a function {atf} in this class such boundedness of Tf[n]A from Sp1×⋯×Spn to S1 may fail, resolving a problem by V. Peller. This shows that the estimates in the current paper are optimal. The proof is based on a new reduction method for arbitrary multiple operator integrals of divided differences.Accepted author manuscriptAnalysi
