No full textThe growing awareness of the influence of farming activity on the environment has ensured that agricultural economic analyses can no longer be limited to a single objective, such as maximisation of gross margin or profit, but mast take a number of parameters into consideration. In this regard, the aim of the Pisan agricultural economists, working on the MIRAAF promoted "Panda" project, is to find a methodology that limits as much as possible the subjectivity associated with an overall judgement on production systems characterised by multiple attributes.
