Rozvitie finansovoj infrastruktury v kontexte primenenija sovremennych instrumentov upravlenija bankami
Předmětem studie je ruský bankovní systém a jeho integrace do globální finanční infrastruktury za účelem dosažení požadované úrovně finanční bezpečnosti. Cílem bakalářské práce je studium moderních nástrojů pro řízení bankovního systému finanční infrastruktury.Každoročně získávají informace o technologii Blockchain. Každý projekt má nebývalý zájem, pokud je vybudován na technologii Blockchain, každý článek na internetu přitahuje další pozornost. Dokonce i státy a archaické bankovní infrastruktury neomezují možnosti, které mohou technologie poskytnout.Bakalářská práce byla rozdělena do tří hlavních částí. První část práce popisuje teoretické základy pro studium bankovních institucí finanční infrastruktury. Druhá část odhaluje význam bankovních institucí ve finanční infrastruktuře. Poslední část obsahuje analýzu samotné technologie Blockchainu od jejího vzniku a moderních případů její aplikace velkými bankovními institucemi.The subject of the study is the Russian banking system, and its integration into the global financial infrastructure, in order to achieve the required level of financial security. The aim of the bachelor's work is to study modern tools for managing the banking system of the financial infrastructure.Every year, news about the technology Blockchain gaining momentum. Each project is of unprecedented interest, if it is built on Blockchain technology, each article on the Internet attracts additional attention. Even states and archaic banking infrastructures do not turn a blind eye to the opportunities that technology can provide.Bachelor's work was divided into three main parts. The first part of the paper describes the theoretical bases for the study of banking institutions of financial infrastructure. The second part reveals the importance of banking institutions in the financial infrastructure. The last section includes an analysis of both the very technology of Blockchain since its inception, and modern cases of its application by large banking institutions.Предметом исследования является банковская система России, и её интеграция в мировую финансовую инфраструктуру, с целью достижения должного уровня финансовой безопасности. Effect of Laser Optoperforation of the Zona Pellucida on Mouse Embryo Development in vitro
Laser operations on cells and embryos are an important field of current photobiology and biophotonics. The high power density of tightly focused laser irradiation provides an efficient impact on matter of cells or embryos. Precise focusing of the laser spot allows strictly controlled perforation of the membrane. The present work was devoted to studying the influence of optoperforation of mammalian embryonic zona pellucida with a tightly focused laser beam with 1.48-µm wavelength on further development of the embryo. Such a laser operation was proposed for application in in vitro fertilization (IVF) practice and intracytoplasmic sperm injection into the oocyte (ICSI). Abstract-The effect of laser optical perforation of the zona pellucida on the viability and development of mouse embryos has been studied. Operations of zona pellucida thinning and single or double perforation were carried out on 2-cell embryo, morula, and blastocyst stages with a laser pulse (wavelength 1.48 µm, pulse duration 2 ms). Embryo development up to the blastocyst stage and hatching efficiency were statistically analyzed. It was found that 2-cell or morula stage embryo zona pellucida thinning or single perforation did not affect development to the blastocyst stage and number of hatched embryos, but it accelerated embryo hatching compared to control groups one day earlier in vitro. Double optoperforation on 2-cell embryo or morula stage did not significantly affect development to the blastocyst stage, but it strongly decreased the number of hatched embryos. Also, zona pellucida perforation at the blastocyst stage had a negative effect: hatching did not occur after this manipulation. Blastocyst cell number calculation after single zona pellucida perforation at 2-cell and morula stages showed that cell number of hatching or hatched blastocysts did not differ from the same control groups. This fact points out that the laser single optoperforation method is a useful and safe experimental tool that allows further manipulations within the zona pellucida. Biological characteristics of silver bream (Blicca bjoerkna) in commercial fishery in the Kyiv reservoir
Purpose. The determination and analysis of main biological characteristics of silver bream from the point of view of the formation and exploitation of its commercial stock in the Kyiv reservoir.
Methodology. The work is based the results of monitoring field studies carried out on the Kyiv reservoir during 2012–2014. Ichthyological materials were collected from standard commercial gill nets with mesh sizes of 30–80 mm, which were set in different habitats and depths of the reservoir. Collection and processing of samples was carried out using conventional ichthyological methods adapted for the Dnieper reservoirs.
Findings. According to the data of monitoring gill nets, silver bream population in 2014 was composed of 10 age groups. The majority of their population (70.8%) in catches was composed of age-5 to age-7 fish, i.e. the number of modal classes increased due to the right wing of the older age groups. The frequency distribution of silver bream had a shape of a curve with wide, however broken (due to the reduction in age-5 fish) peak and gradual decrease. Age-length properties, fatness parameters and condition factor of silver bream in the Kiev reservoir during last years remained on the stable high level indicating on favorable fattening conditions and forming the ichthyomass of this species.
At the present time, silver bream of the Kyiv reservoir formed a commercial stock with such qualitative and quantitative characteristics, which allow exploiting it in the mode of traditional commercial harvest and specialized harvest of silver bream concentrations with the use of gill nets with mesh sizes of 50, 60 mm.
Originality. We obtained and analyzed the new data on the current state of silver bream (Blіcca bjoerkna) in Kyiv reservoir as an important element of commercial fish production.
Practical Value. The results of the work allows increasing qualitative and quantitative characteristics of silver bream catches and will be used for the preparation of commercial fishery regime for the Kyiv reservoir

Microelements in Dust in the Snow Cover: a Case Study of the Cities of Tyumen and Tobolsk
Inhomogeneities of trace elements content in dust of snow cover were studied in two industrial Siberian cities Tobolsk and Tyumen. The clustering method was used, for which standardized values of the content of trace elements in the snow dust of both cities were used. Eight clusters have been identified, which were divided into two classes by location: Tyumen and Tobolsk. The classes were divided into groups: non-specific and specific ones, of which the two subgroups were distinguished: technogenic and natural. The average values of trace elements in nominal terms were calculated for each cluster. Clusters C1, C2, C4, C7, C8 are characterized by a high content of heavy metals V, Cr, Ni, Cu, Co, Zn, Cd, W, Pb. Background clusters C5 and C6 have a low content of trace elements. Specific technogenic C4 contains more copper than other clusters, and C2 contains more lead. Sources of the formation of technogenic clusters are emissions into the atmosphere of enterprises of the fuel and energy complex, foundry and machine-building industries, and transport. The heterogeneity of the content of microelements in the snow dust under background conditions is demonstrated. The microelements are divided into natural background (cluster C5) and the background with anthropogenic pollution with higher content of Ag and Sn (cluster C6). In urban conditions, a solid phase of snow with a low and minimal content of trace elements in dust (cluster C3) is formed. Increased content of Ni and a reduced content of Pb and Sc is noted in the C3 cluster relative to C5 щту. Using the Mann-Whitne test, it was revealed that the content of trace elements in snow dust within the cities Tyumen and Tobolsk are different for the following elements: Li, V, Cr, Cu, Zn, Ga, As, Rb, Sr, Y, Zr, Nb, Mo, Ag, Cd, Sb, Cs, Ba, Pb. Mean values in are higher than similar ones in Tyumen. The content of Zn, As, Rb, Sc elements in urban clusters differs by more than two times relative to the background ones. In the case of elements Sn, Cs, W, the content of them in the snow dust of Tyumen is higher than that of Tobolsk. The method of clustering makes possible to identify natural background values (C5) and to calculate more precise values of the coefficient Kc as well as to determine the index of the integral pollution. In Tobolsk, the index is indicative of high and dangerous level of pollution, especially in the zone of technogenic impact. The average level is typical for the city of Tyumen
