There are good reasons for Murgo to consider each of the systems, but there is also the question of whether the benefits for implementing any system are sufficient to do so immediately

dei dati personali riferibili a soggetti minori d’età. Nell’ordinamento interno e
sovranazionale i minori ricevono forme di tutela specifica in considerazione
del loro status e degli ambienti ove si trovano a operare. Il legislatore delinea
le situazioni in cui i minori sono legittimati a compiere atti di natura personale
alla luce delle singole capacità di scelta. Diversamente, i poteri decisionali
ricadono sui genitori, per i quali vige l’obbligo di tenere conto dell’età, delle
capacità e delle inclinazioni del minore.
The paper aims to make a focus on the people under eighteen age and the dealing of their personal data. These people are receiving a special protection by the law in all the sets where they live. The law says when the minors have been allowed to make some personal acts due to their ability and when their parents can decide instead of the children, even including the consideration of their age and the own skills. The giving consent to the treatment of the personal data by the under eighteen people is a difficult matter, while both the national law and the European legal acts try to set some effective rules for all the families
