A special approach to diagnosis and treatment of thyroid diseases during pregnancy is caused by the physiological characteristics and importance of maintaining euthyroidism, especially in the first trimester of pregnancy. Despite numerous studies, not all the issues of diagnosis and treatment of subclinical hypothyroidism during pregnancy have been resolved. The use of trimester-specific reference range of thyrotropic hormone (TTH) is not rational, since it leads to a very high prevalence of subclinical hypothyroidism in some populations. Therefore, recently it has been shown that it is preferable to use local TTH reference ranges to diagnose this disease. The review presents the latest data on the influence of subclinical hypothyroidism on the course of pregnancy and its outcomes. It depends on the degree of increase in TTH, as well as on the presence of increased titre of antithyroid antibodies. TTH>; 2.5 mU / L affects pregnancy, therefore treatment can be useful, especially in women with increased titers of antibodies. At the period of pregnancy planning it is justified to use general population reference ranges of TTH. Treatment with TTH>; 2.5 mU / l, especially before the use of assisted reproductive technology is not justified.
Key words: subclinical hypothyroidism, pregnancy, pregnancy course, pregnancy outcomes, pregnancy planning, fertility, reproductive technologies, TTH.

Stylistic parameter in modern Russian author dictionaries
The aim of this article is to analyze the practice of using of stylistic labels in modern Russian author (writer) dictionaries. It is shown that labels of this type as the main kind of markers of stylistic information characterize, first of all, the explanatory author dictionaries, which have a full corpus. In these dictionaries the set of the stylistic labels represents the selection from the available nomenclature of labels, which is supplemented by new labels. From the functional point of view, such labels are dual – on the one hand, they stylistically structure the author’s lexicon, on the other hand – they are the markers of certain features of his individual style. Among differential authorexplanatory dictionaries, such ones are separated, in which the stylistically painted specific massifs of lexicon are presented. The stylistic unity of such words defines redundancy of labels and therefore the application of special receptions in relation to them (for example, their transfer in a reference part of the dictionary entry) is used. Special attention is given to author registrative dictionaries (to concordances, frequency dictionaries), in which the structure complication is connected with using of stylistic labels. The research is based on the material of Russian author dictionaries published mainly at the beginning of the year 2000
Replication data for: Cone yield, ring-width and isotopic records for the analysis of tree-ring isotopic imprints on time-series of reproductive effort in stone pine (Pinus pinea L.)
A long-term dataset (ca. 60 years; 1960-2016) of reproduction, ring-width and stable isotopes (C and O) of five productive stands of Pinus pinea from the Spanish central Plateau (Valladolid province, Spain). Climate records are also included (Valladolid station, Spain) for modelling stand responses to climate
The paper is the first of two parts of a work reviewing some approaches to the problem of time in quantum cosmology, which were put forward last decade, and which demonstrated their relation to the problems of reparametrization and gauge invariance o
The paper is the second part of the work devoted to the problem of time in quantum cosmology. Here we consider in detail two approaches within the scope of Feynman path integration scheme: The first, by Simeone and collaborators, is gauge-invariant and lies within the unitary approach to a consistent quantization of gravity. It is essentially based on the idea of deparametrization (reduction to physical degrees of freedom) as a first step before quantization. The other approach by Savchenko, Shestakova and Vereshkov is rather radical. It is an attempt to take into account peculiarities of the Universe as a system without asymptotic states that leads to the conclusion that quantum geometrodynamics constructed for such a system is, in general, a gauge-noninvariant theory. However, this theory is shown to be mathematically consistent and the problem of time is solved in this theory in a natural way.Fil: Shestakova, T. P.. Ideographic Dictionaries as desiderata of Author Lexicography
This article presents an analytical review of dictionaries created within the framework of ideographic author lexicography as a particular direction of general author lexicography and the most productive in terms of modelling artistic images of the world. An analysis of the scholarly literature dealing with the issues of this direction is also proposed. The aim of the study is to identify the typological features of dictionaries of the selected variety, to characterise the principles of compiling such dictionaries and to identify the approaches proposed in dictionary projects. The main method of the study is dictionary criticism, which includes the description of dictionaries, their analysis and scholarly evaluation.
The interest in the ideographic form of the dictionary representation of the author’s language was born in the Russian lexicography at the turn of the twenty-first century. At present, the number of such dictionaries is small in relation to the demand and desirability of their use, which is explained by the general commitment of lexicographers to the traditional alphabetic form of the description of the author’s language. The analysis of the available dictionaries makes it possible to divide them, taking into account the different typological characteristics, mainly into monographic and summary dictionaries (representing the language of one or more authors). The dictionaries of the first group demonstrate the possibility of modelling fragments of the world view of a single author with the inclusion of different lexical arrangements: the entire vocabulary of the French poems of F. Tyutchev; occasional units of M. Saltykov-Shchedrin; figurative nominations in the poetry of A. Gorodnitsky. This makes it possible to predict the expansion of the composition of objects of interpretation in “one-author” ideographic dictionaries. At the same time, the form of a summary dictionary is relevant in the description of figurative means for recreating fragments of a general artistic image of the world. The article emphasises that in order to assess the degree of expression of the ideographic base in author lexicography, it is important to take into account dictionaries of other types that contain an ideographic component (for example, in the form of thematic word lists as part of frequency dictionaries of the writer’s language).
The observations made during the analysis of scholarly publications on the subject of the study indicate possible vectors of the development of ideographic author lexicography. One of them relates to the use of the method of poetic ideography developed by scholars of the Ural Semantic School

Current Trends in Lexical Borrowings of the Russian Language

Ksenia S. Shestakova, applicant, Department of the Russian Language and Literature, Chelyabinsk State University (Chelyabinsk), [email protected]В статье рассматриваются приоритеты современного русского языка в области лексических заимствований из иностранных языков. Доказывается, что при общем превалировании по- прежнему англо-американских неологизмов в ряде сфер социально-культурной жизни в русский язык стали активно проникать заимствования из испанского, японского, французского и других языков, подчас оттесняя недавние английские словарные приобретения. The article analyzes the priorities of the modern Russia language in the sphere of the lexical borrowings from foreign languages. Here it is proved that together with the general prevalence of Anglo- American neologisms in a number of spheres of social and cultural life as before, borrowings from Spanish, Japanese, French and other languages have started to actively penetrate into the Russian language, sometimes pushing aside recent English vocabulary acquisitions

Data science approach to find an outlier in the group of cement dispersants
Polycarboxylate ether (PCE) is an essential cement dispersant to be included in high-range water-reducing admixtures for concrete. The polymeric structure of PCE is easily modified to satisfy its performance requirement for a specific concrete produced in sites. A PCE developer polymerizes hundreds of PCE samples to find the final product to be applied and evaluating the performance of each sample is cumbersome considering the variability of concrete-constituting materials. A data-driven algorithm is proposed to probe a PCE showing superior performance. Principal component analysis is adopted to regulate the change in the viscosity curves of mortar samples incorporating the reference PCE. An outlier PCE is then found showing the highest dissimilarity, defined by the eigen-decomposition error and the changing pattern of the viscosity curves, compared to the reference PCE. As a result, the outlier PCE had the unique distinction of providing low viscosity for concrete.
