The On-board Operative Advisory Expert Systems for Anthropocentric Object
A class of intelligent systems located on anthropocentric objects that provide a crew with
recommendations on the anthropocentric object's rational behavior in typical situations of operation is considered. We
refer to this class of intelligent systems as onboard real-time advisory expert systems. Here, we present a formal
model of the object domain, procedures for obtaining knowledge about the object domain, and a semantic structure of
basic functional units of the onboard real-time advisory expert systems of typical situations. The stages of the development
and improvement of knowledge bases for onboard real-time advisory expert systems of typical situations that are
important in practice are considered
LoTA, a system for the analytical processing of technical texts: main concepts and design decisions
A variety of textual technical documents are elaborated and used in the process of system design of the onboard algorithmic and information display support for complex anthropocentric objects. One of these documents is titled "The Logic of Operation of the Crew-Onboard Equipment-Object System". It is vitally important to carry out computer analysis of these texts in order to ascertain whether or not they contain enough information to specify the main algorithms of functioning of the objects. This paper discusses the architecture of, and the linguistic support for, the computer system named "Logic/Text-Analysis" (LoTA), which is designed to analyze the completeness of the information content of Russian textual technical documents. Семантический облик базы знаний интеллектуальных систем на атропоцентрическом объекте
Environment and function process models are analysing for anthropocentral objects. The resalts
are used to design the expert system which must accommodate on a board of the object give the advice
for the operator how achive the purpose that was fixed him operativly. The examples of this systems is
adduced.
Possible Steps of the Carboxylation of Ribulose-1,5-biphosphate from Intermediates: 2,3-Enediol versus 1,2-Enol
Ribulose 1,5-bisphosphate (RuBP) undergoes enolization to initiate fixation of atmospheric carbon dioxide in the plant carbon cycle. The known model assumes the binding of RuBP to the Rubisco active site with the subsequent formation of 2,3-enediol (2,3,4-trihydroxypent-2-ene-1,5-diyl diphosphate). In the present study, it is assumed that 1,2-enol (2,3,4-trihydroxypent-1-ene-1,5-diyl diphosphate) can be formed in the enolization step to initiate the carboxylation reaction. We have used Kohn–Sham density functional theory on WB97X-D3/Def2-TZVP levels to compare the reaction barriers in the two ways. We considered the pathways of carboxylation of 1/2-ene (mono/di)ol via the C1 and C2 carbons without taking into account the binding of RuBP to the magnesium ion. Calculations of Gibbs free energies confirm the equal probability of the formation of 2,3-enediol and 1,2-enol. Quantum–chemical modeling of enolization and carboxylation reactions supports the important role of the bridging water molecule and diphosphate groups, which provide proton transfer and lower reaction barriers. The results show that carbon dioxide fixation can occur without a magnesium ion, and binding with C1 can have a lower barrier (~12 kcal/mol) than with C2 (~23 kcal/mol)

The effect of excitation pulse carrier frequency on ultrafast charge recombination dynamics of excited donor–acceptor complexes
The excitation of a charge transfer band by a laser pulse of finite duration and the ensuing charge recombination are calculated in the framework of the perturbation theory. The influence of the spectral characteristics of the laser pulse on the charge recombination dynamics is investigated for models including several nuclear modes that differ greatly in their timescales. It is shown that, in the area of applicability of the perturbation theory, the variation of the pulse carrier frequency inside the absorption band can significantly change the effective charge recombination rate constant
