Impact of 360 Degree Feedback: A Follow-up study of Four Organizations
A large number of organizations have been using 360 degree feedback in India as leadership development intervention. This paper is based on the feedback of 43 participants from four companies where the 360 Degree Feedback program was initiated. The study was done using a questionnaire method. The results indicated that there has been an overall positive impact reported of 360 Degree intervention on ones professional life after 360DF. More than 60% of the participants report that they visited 360DF data every quarter. 24 participants reported that about 50% of their action plans prepared at the end of the 360 intervention were implemented. At least 30% of the action plans were achieved by 6 of the participants and 2 participants reported achievement of all their action plans. The participants also reported that the RSDQ model based 360DF tool provided detailed insight covering various parameters of one’s role. The participants also recommend that with more periodic follow up and review sessions (every quarter) anchored by internal HR and more focus and seriousness among the participants to work on the action plans will result in using 360 DF for change and growth
PSYNDEX Tests Review für MDF-360° - Multidirektionales Feedback - 360°
This is a PSYNDEX Tests Review of MDF-360° - Multidirektionales Feedback - 360°. PSYNDEX Tests Reviews are written in German and describe and evaluate psychological and educational tests used in the German-speaking countries. PSYNDEX Tests is offered by the Leibniz Institute for Psychology as open access documentation.
Item mapping for customized 360-degree-feedback models
Plan BMany organizational consulting firms use the method of 360-Degree-Feedback to assess managers and executives for their clients. Information from this instrument outlines specific development and training needs for the clients’ organization. It also provides the consulting firm with data that can be used in research relating to effective organizational processes. Some client organizations require specific feedback, this specificity is provided by the customization of the instrument for the client. While this customization procedure provides the specific information clients need, it interferes with attempts to compare organizational processes across companies or develop standardized norms for the instrument. Item-mapping of these customized models is the necessary link for these research needs. This study was designed to provide an organizational consulting firm with a method of analyzing cross-client 360- Degree-Feedback data from customized models. The sample for this research project is 812 feedback models that are currently used with clients of Personnel Decisions International. Each model contains an average of 200 component items. The individual items contained in each of the customized models are mapped to other research equivalent items using a software program specifically designed for this purpose. The end result is five data sets that will allow the scores iv of all of the 360-Degree-Feedback models to be pooled into data sets and analyzed

The implementation of 360-degree feedback for high school DECA officers
Plan BMarketing education has been noted for providing students with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes to become professional leaders in education and in business and industry. Student leadership is key to many organizations in education, communities, and society. Student leaders take on the challenges of leading a population of students to attain an identified mission or goals. Each person should be nurtured with proper training, and more importantly, proper evaluation to help students to harvest upon their successes and create developmental plans to improve their weaknesses. In order to fully prepare student leaders for positions in business and industry, especially in a Marketing Education and DECA program, it is ideal to utilize the concepts that most students will encounter in their professional lives. Evaluation is a key component of growth and personal insight. The purpose of this study is to assess the current evaluation methods for high school DECA officers, determine the gap of where the evaluation was and where it should be, and provide a plan for utilizing 360-degree feedback as a developmental tool for young leaders. The researcher conducted a literature review to analyze the current research and insights into peer review in the educational setting and evaluation within business and industry. Utilizing the research from the literature review, the gaps will be identified between how the DECA leaders are currently being evaluated and the ideal business strategy for evaluation. Based on the results, the researcher provided rationale and a format in which 360-degree feedback can then be created, implemented, and evaluated within the high school marketing education training curriculum

VGG-360 Face
--------------------------------VGG-360 Face Dataset--------------------------------Description:This dataset uses images from the VGG Face Dataset of Oxford University (http://www.robots.ox.ac.uk/~vgg/data/vgg_face) to simulate, for each face image, 10 different projections on a 360º camera. This is done by using camera angle information from MOT-360 Face Dataset (which can be downloaded at https://figshare.com/s/5f8a69937014e4720625) and the pixel coordinates of the eyes of each face image. As these coordinates are not provided by the original authors, the Dlib Face Detector (http://dlib.net/) was used in this process. However, the detector could not be able to detect all faces from the VGG Face Dataset. Therefore, approximately 750K from this dataset images were used to simulate the projections, yielding a total of 7.5M images in this dataset.Citation:When referencing the dataset, please use the following BibTex citation:@inproceedings{Cirne2019,author = "M.
