No full textSanayileşme, fosil yakıtların tüketimi, orman arazilerinin tahrip edilmesi, tarımsal faaliyetler ve şehirleşme seragazlarının atmosferdeki birikimlerini hızlandırarak, küresel ısınmaya neden olmaktadır. İşletmelerce raporlanansera gazı salımına ilişkin üretilen bilgiler "Uluslararası Güvence Denetimi Standardı GDS (ISAE) 3410 SeraGazı Beyanlarına İlişkin Güvence Standardı" uyarınca denetlenmekte ve bu denetim sonucu paydaşlara güvenceyaratılmaktadır. Bu güvence hizmeti karbon ayak izi verilerinin yanlış açıklanma riskini azaltma, şirketaleyhindeki çevresel iddialara karşı güvence yaratma, yöneticilerin ve yatırımcıların karbon emisyon verilerinedayalı kararları için tutarlı, güvenilir ve objektif veri sunma gibi avantajlar sağlamaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, sürdürülebilirlik ile ülkemiz için çok yeni ve daha önce hiç ele alınmamış bir konu olan"Uluslararası Güvence Denetimi Standardı GDS (ISAE) 3410 Sera Gazı Beyanlarına İlişkin Güvence Standardı"sürecinin ilişkisini açıklamak ve bu standarda ilişkin raporlanmanın nasıl yapılacağına dair bu alanda çalışanakademisyenlere ve uygulamacılara bir yol haritası sunmaktır. Çalışmamız birbirinin devamı olan iki makaledenoluşmaktadır. Birinci çalışmamızda, küresel ısınma ve sürdürülebilirliğe ilişkin kavramsal çerçeve ve uluslararasıve ulusal boyuttaki yasal düzenlemeler ele alınmıştır. İkinci çalışmamızda ise sera salımının muhasebeleştirilmesindeve raporlanmasında göz önüne alınan standartlar ve GDS (ISAE) 3410 Sera Gazı Beyanlarına İlişkin GüvenceDenetimi Standardının kapsamı, süreci ve raporlaması başlıkları incelenmiştirIndustrialization, fossil fuel consuming, forest land devastation, agricultural activities and urbanization lead toglobal warming by accelerating greenhouse gas accumulation in the atmosphere.
