No full text<p>(A) TC-2153 failed to increase tyrosine phosphorylation of STEP substrates in STEP KO cortical neurons. WT and STEP KO cultures were treated with TC-2153 (0.1 and 1 µM), vehicle (0.1% DMSO), or sodium orthovanadate (Na<sub>3</sub>VO<sub>4</sub>, 1 mM) for 1 h. Phosphorylation of GluN2B Y<sup>1472</sup>, Pyk2 Y<sup>402</sup>, and ERK1/2 Y<sup>204/187</sup> was normalized to total protein level and then to GAPDH as loading control (*<i>p</i><0.05, **<i>p</i><0.01 one-way ANOVA with post hoc Bonferroni test, compared with veh-treated controls, <i>n</i> = 4). (B–G) TC-2153 increased the phosphorylation of ERK1/2 Y<sup>204/187</sup> and Pyk2 Y<sup>402</sup> in frontal cortex and hippocampus, but not in cerebellum, spleen, kidney, or pancreas, all tissues that do not have STEP. Mice were injected i.p. with TC-2153 (10 mg/kg; <i>n</i> = 4) or vehicle (n = 4) and were sacrificed 3 h later. Changes are expressed as the mean ± s.e.m. of pERK1/2 and pPyk2 normalized to total protein level and then to GAPDH (*<i>p</i><0.05, **<i>p</i><0.01; two-way ANOVA follow by Tukey's H.S.D. test).</p

Sie leben in Symbiose mit anderen biotischen und artifiziellen Lebensformen; und vereint haben sie sich das Sonnensystem der Erde zu eigen gemacht. Ausgehend von einem solaren Städtebau an den lagrang´schen Punkten haben sich acht Häfen in geostationären - und acht in terrestrischen Zonen entwickelt. Vorliegend wird ein terrestrischer Bündler, ein Hafen auf offener See, welcher als Schnittstelle zwischen Erde und All fungiert, architektonisch ausformuliert. dieser Verteiler von Energieformen ist tief im blauen Planeten verankert. Hyperloop-Stränge, Fluggeräte und Schiffe fungieren im terrestrischen Hafen als Zubringer, während Wal- und Pinguin ähnliche Gebilde die Reise in geostationäre Zonen in variablen Geschwindigkeiten ermöglichen.The design aligns itself within a virtual time matrix, taking place in the year 2153. Emo(tion)spheres, perception of time in qualities and empathy as currency are parts of everyday life for any being. These, sometimes humanoid, beings palpably represent a consolidation of technology with nature. The beings live in symbiosis with other biotic or artificial life forms, together spreading across the earth’s solar system. Solar-urban planning across the lagrange points has produced eight geo-stationary and eight terrestrial ports. The design at hand explores the architectural elements making up one such focal point, a port located terra-side at open sea, acting as an interface linking earth and space. This channel of energy forms is anchored deeply within the surface of the blue planet. Hyperloop-strings, aircraft and ships convey earth-side travellers, while whale- and penguin like structures facilitate supersonic voyages into geostationary zones
