No full textAutorica će u ovom diplomskom radu pisati o osiguranju od građanskopravne odgovornosti u pogledu upotrebe motornih vozila. Usporedno će se obraditi rješenja Direktive (EU) 2021/2118 u odnosu na osiguranje od građanskopravne odgovornosti u pogledu upotrebe motornih vozila i izvršenje obveze osiguranja od takve odgovornosti i Direktive 2009/103/EZ, koja je njezinim stupanjem na snagu izmijenjena. Analizirati će se pojam vozila i upotrebe vozila s osvrtom na rješenja sudske prakse Suda Europske Unije te institut naknade štete oštećenim osobama u pogledu štete koja im je nastala kao posljedica nezgode. Na kraju rada, autorica će se osvrnuti na Prijedlog Zakona o izmjenama i dopunama Zakona o obveznim osiguranjima u prometu koji je donesen kao posljedica potrebe implementiranja Direktive (EU) 2021/2118 u pravni poredak Republike Hrvatske.In this paper, the author will explore motor third party liability insurance. The solutions
provided by Directive (EU) 2021/2118 regarding insurance against civil liability in respect of the use of motor vehicles will be compared with the enforcement of the obligation to insure such
liability and Directive 2009/103/EC, which was amended upon its enforcement. The concept
of vehicles and their use will be analysed, with a focus on the solutions derived from the case
law of the European Court of Justice and the institute of compensating damages to injured
individuals resulting from accidents. In conclusion, the author will discuss the Proposal for
Amendments to the Law on Mandatory Traffic Insurance, which was enacted to implement
Directive (EU) 2021/2118 into the legal framework of the Republic of Croatia
