    Bakalářská práce je věnována koncilu v Kostnici, jenž se konal v letech 1414-1418. Jsou zde nastíněny příčiny a průběh shromáždění, jež bylo svoláno kvůli papežskému schizmatu, které sužovalo církev od roku 1378, a také pro vyřešení problémů českých reformistů v čele s Janem Husem a wycliffismu. Autor se zaměřuje také na důsledky koncilu pro další historický vývoj v katolické církvi, Svaté říši římské a českých zemích, které ovlivnily průběh dějin.ObhájenoBachelor Thesis is devoted to Council of Constance, which took place in 1414-1418. Here are outlined the causes and course of the assembly, which was convened for the papal schism, which plagued the church since 1378, and also to solve the problems of the Czech reformists led by Jan Hus and wycliffism. The author also focuses on the implications of the council for further historical development in the Catholic church, Holy Roman Empire and Czech Kingdom, which influenced the course of history
