    Genis bir muhteviyatla Kur'an'ın anlasılmasına katkısı olan Kur'an ilimleri her dönemde, degisik alanlardan bilginlerin ilgi ve arastırmalarına konu olmustur. Bu arastırmalar bazen tüm konuları içine alacak sekilde çok genis tutulmus, bazen de birkaç konuyla sınırlı tutulmustur. Çok yönlü bir alim olan ancak esas itibari ile fıkıh usulü bilgini olarak bilinen İmam Sâtıbî de Kur'an ilimleri içinden belli temel konulara yer veren bilginlerden biri olmustur. Bu yönüyle bir fıkıh usûlü bilgininin Kur'an ilimleri konularına nasıl bir yorum getirdigi tezimizin temel hareket noktasını olusturmustur. Arastırmamız giris ve iki bölümden olusmaktadır. Giriste genel hatlarıyla Kur'an ilimlerinin dogusu ve tedvini, ulumu'l-Kur'an kavramı, bu alanda yazılan eserler gibi genel bir tarihçe üzerinde durulmustur. Birinci bölümde; Sâtıbî'nin hayatı, yasadıgı çevre, sahsiyeti, eserleri, hocaları ve ögrencileri hakkında özet bir bilgi verilmistir. ikinci bölümde ise Sâtıbî'nin isledigi her bir konu ile ilgili, arastırmacı açısından bir alt yapı olusturması düsüncesiyle genel bir bilgiye yer verilmistir. Konular öncelikle kavram düzeyinde ele alınmıstır. Farklı görüslere yüzeysel olarak deginilmis daha sonra da müellifin konuyla ilgili görüs ve düsüncelerine yer verilmistir. Her bölümden sonra da çok kısa bir degerlendirmede bulunulmustur. Sonuç bölümünde ise islenen konular ana hatlarıyla degerlendirilmekte ve bir sonuca varılmaktadır.Sciences of Qur?an which has a subscription about Qur?an is a subject for scholars who is studying sciences of Quran at every term. These studies sometimes cut across to all subjects and sometimes kept within bounds with a few subject. Imam Satibi who is known as a many-sided scholar is in fact booked some main subjects in the sciences of Quran. By this side, our thesis main moving speckle is a scholar of fıqh?s commentary about the sciences of Quran. Our study is composed of introduction and two chapters. At the introduction the birth of the sciences of Quran with main routes and composition; the term of sciences of Qur?an and the books written about this field. At the first chapter a summary knowledge about the life of Satibi, his vicinity, his personalities, his books, teachers and students are given. At the second chapter, a general knowledge is given about Satibi?s affected subjects because of composition of the groundwork for the explorer. The subjects are developed as the terms firstly. The different thoughts are dealed slightly, after that the thoughts of author about the subject is given. After the each chapter a very short evaluation is given. At the conclusion chapter the behaved subjects are appreciated with the main routes and lead to a conclusion

    The slope that often occurs on the road Diponegoro Km. 2 Pasir Pengaraian has always been a problem by Dinas Bina MargaDan Pengaira Kabupaten Rokan Hulu, but previously improvements were made but were not entirely successful. Then theslope repair with retaining walls using the bore pile pile foundation was considered quite successful to prevent landslides onthe road section. Based on these conditions the author tries to analyze and evaluate the stability of the slope by strengtheningthe bore pile pile, by analyzing the influence of the pile position (Xp/X), pile diameter, pile length (Lz/L) pile and pile spacing(S/D) on the slope. The object of the research was carried out on the slope of Diponegoro Km. 2 Pasir Pengaraian. Theanalysis used is field tension analysis with finite element method analysis of strength reduction. Soil parameters are knownfrom several tests in the field and laboratories which are used as design variables in the analysis process.This thesis presentsthe safety factor of the two-dimensional finite element method with strength reduction analysis using the OPTUMG2 programto validate the slope stability analysis, slope stability analysis simulation with homogeneous clay soil, medium homogeneousclay and homogeneous rigid clay with mast strengthening and evaluation of slope stability analysis in the study case. Theresults of the numerical analysis based on the influence of the pile position on the slope, pile diameter, pile length, and spacingbetween the piles with two pile head conditions is free head and fixed head, the condition of the mast is sufficient to improvethe safety factor of slope stability

    Perancangan Sistem Informasi Layanan Pengaduan Masyarakat “SORAK” Menggunakan Metode Waterfall

    This research aims to design an information system called SORAK that facilitates online public complaints and enhances public transparency in complaint management. The research adopts the waterfall method of information system development, consisting of six stages. The main objective of this research is to minimize unresolved complaints through more effective and efficient complaint management. SORAK also provides convenience for the public to submit complaints and track the status of their complaints. Primary data is obtained through interviews with SORAK users, while secondary data is collected through literature review on public complaint management systems. The testing plan for the SORAK application includes functional and performance testing to ensure its proper operation and meet user needs. In conclusion, the author designs SORAK Information System as a public complaint service using the Waterfall method, with a focus on enhancing public transparency. Ekowisata jembatan pelangi merupakan ekowisata yang memiliki potensi yang diperlukannya pengembangan dengan stategi pengembangan. Dengan banyaknya permasalahan yang ada dan terlihat secara langsung. Dengan hal tersebut peneliti tertarik tentang penelitian Pengembangan Edu-Ekowisata Hutan Mangrove Jembatan Pelangi Desa Lontar Kecamtan Tirtayasa Banten. Peneliti memiliki 2 tujuan yaitu Menganalisis kesesuaian lahan ekowisata mangrove Jembatan Pelangi Desa Lontar Kecamatan Tirtayasa Banten, Merekomendasikan strategi pengembangan ekowisata mangrove sebagai ekowisata berbasis edukasi dan berkelanjutan. Penelitaian ini menggunakan metode penelitan kualitatif bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkah laku masyarakat, gerakan sosial, kehidupan budaya dan fungsional organisasi yang ada, dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitataf deskriptif dan instrumen yang digunakan berupa observasi, wawancara serta studi dokumen. Dalam pengambilan data penulis menggunakan data primer untuk mengambil data secara langsung dilokasi penelitian serta data sekunder yang didapatkan dari jurnal, buku dan pemerintah setempat. Analisis yang diguankan berupa analisis SWOT dengan didukung dengan data-data yang telah ditemukan dari hasil obeservasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian berupa penambahan serta memperbaiki sarana dan prasarana pendukung ekowisata, adanya kerjasama antara pengelola, pemerintah dan masyarakat sekitar dalam pengembangan jembatan Pelangi, menambah pohon-pohon mangrove dengan jenis yang lebih banyak, meningkatkan Indeks Kesesuian Wisata dan pemeliharaan fasilitas yang sudah ada. Rainbow bridge ecotourism is an ecotourism that has the potential that requires development with a development strategy. The development of the mangrove Edu-tourism area is useful for maintaining ecological functions, acting as a buffer area by maintaining the stability of the ecosystem in the coastal area. The purpose of the study was to analyze the suitability of mangrove ecotourism land in Jembatan Pelangi, Lontar Village, Tirtayasa Banten District, and recommend strategies for developing mangrove Edu-ecotourism as an educationbased and sustainable ecotourism. The qualitative research method aims to determine community behavior, social movements, cultural life and functional existing organizations, with the research design used being descriptive qualitative and the instruments used are observation, interviews, questionnaires and document studies. In collecting data, the author uses primary data to collect data directly at the research location and secondary data obtained from journals, books and local governments. The analysis used is SWOT analysis supported by data that has been found from observations, interviews, questionnaires, and document studies. The results of observations show that the Rainbow Bridge Edu-ecotourism area gets a tourism suitability index of 59% with a category of S3 (conditionally suitable) so that the area is suitable for tourism.
