IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM PENANGGULANGGAN PRAVELANSI STUNTING ANAK BALITA PADA DINAS KESEHATAN KABUPATEN KONAWE
This study aims to determine the implementation of the stunting prevalence prevention program for children under five and to find out the factors that influence the implementation of the stunting prevalence prevention program for children under five at the Konawe District Health Office. This study uses a qualitative approach, primary data sources from informants are then analyzed using analysis techniques according to Miles Huberman. The results 1of this study indicate that the implementation of the Prevention of Childhood Stunting Prevention Program at the Konawe District Health Office is firstly complete basic immunization in the Stunting Prevention Prevention program is maximum and has been realized well, Second, the field of providing additional food to children under five, in general, is 1in accordance with the provisions set forth in this study. Is hoped that, Third, it can be said that the implementation of the Stunting Prevalence Prevention program is very important so support from the local government and the central government is needed. Fourth, the field of zinc provision has been realized properly and efficiently through socialization and data collection for the people of the Konawe Regency. OPTIMALISASI ASET DESA DI KABUPATEN KONAWE SELATAN
This study aims to analyze the optimization of village assets in South Konawe Regency. The research method used is a qualitative method approach where data collection is carried out in a natural setting with interview, observation and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used is a qualitative analysis of the interactive model from Miles, Huberman & Saldaña which includes data collection, data condensation, data presentation and conclusions/verification. The results of the study indicate that the optimization of village assets in Konawe Selatan Regency has not been carried out systematically as can be seen from the legal status determination of all village assets; not yet optimal use of all village assets to support governance, development, community development, and empowerment of village communities; and the utilization of village assets has not been carried out in the context of carrying out village government tasks
PENGEMBANGAN DAYA TARIK WISATA KESENIAN SIKAMBANG DI KABUPATEN TAPANULI TENGAH
This study uses the tourism development theory by Cooper in Sunaryo 2013, with the indicators, namely institutions, accessibility, amenities, public facilities and tourist attraction objects. This study uses a purposive sampling technique with qualitative research and the necessary data such as primary data and secondary data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed based on the research problem. The results of this study indicate that tourism development based on predetermined indicators is still not optimal, as evidenced by accessibility and public facilities that do not meet. Then the supporting factors for this tourism development are the existence of institutions or organizations involved in tourism development in Central Tapanuli Regency, tourist objects in Central Tapanuli Regency have local artistic characteristics, and community participation is considered quite high. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are limited funds and land ownership status.
POLA DAN ESENSI KORDINASI DALAM PELAYANAN eKTP DI KOTA KENDARI
The research question is how to implement coordination in the electronic Resident Card or eKTP service in Kendari City.The study used a qualitative approach, collecting data by interviewing selected informants, studying documents from relevant agencies and other sources, and analyzed descriptively according to the Miles and Huberman interaction model. In conclusion, the implementation of coordination in eKTP services internally involves all elements and parts of the Kendari City Population and Civil Registration Service organization, vertically involving leaders and subordinates and horizontally involving various fields within the organization, between sections with other sections, as well as coordination among fellow employees. staff individually in each section. PENGARUH CITRA MEREK DAN KUALITAS PRODUK MELALUI KEPUASAN PELANGGAN SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING TERHADAP LOYALITAS PELANGGAN PADA PRODUK INDOMIE (Studi pada Mahasiswa Perguruan Tinggi Negeri di Surabaya)
This research aims to find out the effect of brand image and product quality on customer’s loyalty directly and indirectly through the customer satisfaction. This research itself uses Indomie as the product object. Along with it, this research’s populations are all the customers who have bought or consumed the product itself. In addition, there are total of 100 respondents consist of customers from the Indomie product used as the sample of the research. All those samples were obtained by using the non-probability sampling technique together with quota sampling as its method. The hypothetical testing in this research uses the statistical model analysis that includes validity tests, reliability test, classical assumption test, path analysis, T test, and sobel test. Therefore, the result of this research shows that brand image has a significant effect customer satisfaction. Product quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Brand image has no significant effect on customer loyalty. Product quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Brand image has a significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. Product quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.
ANALISIS STRATEGI PENINGKATAN PAJAK HOTEL, RESTORAN DAN RUMAH MAKAN DALAM MENUNJANG PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH DI KOTA KENDARI
This study aims to analyze the strategy of increasing hotel, restaurant, and restaurant tax revenue in Kendari City in supporting locally-generated revenue. This type of research is an associative survey research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The population in this study are a hotel, restaurant, and restaurant entrepreneurs plus officials from the Regional Revenue Agency. Samples were taken using a purposive technique. Data were collected using questionnaires, interviews, and observations of all respondents and informants. Data were analyzed descriptively and SWOT analysis. The results showed that the strategy used in increasing hotel, restaurant, and restaurant taxes to support Kendari City's locally-generated revenue was through structuring tax management mechanisms and procedures, developing institutional capacity, and through tax development policies. One Belt One Road, widely knowns as OBOR is an ambitious program initiated by China in 2013 with the aim of increasing the economic growth of China and its partner countries in Asian, African, and European regions. One of the sub-regions in Asia that has always been the main focus of OBOR is the Mekong River Region, namely Myanmar, Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, and Cambodia, having geographical proximity to China. The implementation of the program is marked by the existence of infrastructure development for the creation of special economic zones. This research is aimed at explaining the OBOR program, by analyzing the role of economic diplomacy in achieving China's national interests through OBOR. The relations factor and the role of the state as the largest foreign direct investment are the most prominent factors in the success of China's economic diplomacy through OBOR. PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN LITERASI DIGITAL GURU NON-FORMAL DENGAN PEMANFAATAN MEDIA HAND PUPPET DALAM DONGENG
The development of information technology and the internet affect the abundance of digital information flows. This reflection also indicates that students in Indonesia, who are the digital native generation, have a strong dependence on the internet. In addition, the weak information literacy that plagues educators affects unattractive learning and the quality of students is not adaptable. Therefore, teachers as educators and school library staff as educational staff are required to be competent incapable of information literacy so that they can teach digital literacy continuously. The method in this study uses a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, which is located at Al-Jannah Jambon KB/TK, Pakis District, Malang Regency. The purpose of this literacy improvement training is to improve teachers' understanding and abilities related to digital literacy competencies, provide insight into alternative learning methods that can be used using technology, improve teacher skills in making interactive learning media to build classroom activity. The PAR results show that with the digital literacy workshop on hand puppets, these non-formal teachers feel helped in their efforts to improve digital literacy. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing and analyzing competitive advantage strategies in improving marketing performance implemented by UD. Baqoroh Joyo during the covid-19 pandemic, to find out and analyze marketing performance during the covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method with SWOT analysis method and data collection techniques through deep interviews, surveys, observations, questionnaires, and documentation in identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats at UD. Baqoroh Joyo. Based on the calculation of the results of IFAS EFAS shows that UD. Baqoroh Joyo has IFAS results with a strength score of 2.87 and a weakness score of 0.28, while the EFAS results show an opportunity score of 2.63 and a threat score of 0.43. Based on the diagram, the results of the SWOT analysis show that UD. Baqoroh Joyo is in Quadrant I with a SO (Strength Opportunity) strategy. In this situation it means UD. Baqoroh Joyo The company must maximize and use its strengths and opportunities to strengthen its position. This study aims to find out about the Management of the Implementation of the Program for Handling the Poor at the Kendari City Social Service. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive research method by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the management of the implementation of the poor program carried out by the Kendari City Social Service is management carried out by taking into account the level of problems, objectives, strategies, activity programs, results to be achieved and schedule of activities. Likewise, the objectives and strategies are carried out in accordance with the existing activity programs at the Social Service in terms of handling the poor. the existing social masters so that they still need the next stage to be able to accommodate the poor. The schedule of activities is all carried out with an emphasis on the action plans carried out by the Social Service in every activity carried out as well as the existing poor program activities
