    Pedulisehat.id is forum that offers services in the form of online, real-time, and transparent fundraising to collecting various donations from the public to help patients with chronic diseases and need funds for the treatment process. There are several problems that occur at Pedulisehat.id. Based on the data that has been collected, the researcher draws several problems that occur at Pedulisehat.id. First, the success of Advertising (a promo from a program) to increase public interest in donating to one of the existing programs at Pedulisehat.id. Second, Marketing Cost expenses in the Pedulisehat.id division are not and are not yet comparable to the donations that come in from the public. This research uses descriptive and sentiment analysis method to assist each campaigner in increasing respondents to the campaigns carried out by each user in terms of collecting and inviting the whole community to donate. The process of making this research design using 5 stages of CRISP-DM from 6 existing stages, there are: Business Understanding, Data Understanding, Data Preparation, Modeling, Evaluation.     Entrepreneurship is believed to be able to create jobs and generate economic growth. The entrepreneurial spirit is the most significant economic development in the history of business. New businesses built by entrepreneurs can maintain market growth and contribute to the national economy. This research aims to examine the variables of attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, and tendency to act influencing entrepreneurial intentions which are moderated by self-identity variables. This research has four hypotheses. Data was collected from 100 respondents obtained from an online questionnaire distributed to students in Yogyakarta who were studying in the entrepreneurship department/study program or had taken entrepreneurship courses with a sampling technique using purposive sampling.     This research aimed to determine the implementation of public sector accounting and internal control on the performance of government institutions at the Regional Revenue Agency (BAPENDA) of Ogan Komering Ulu District. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. Based on the data analysis, it was found that the implementation of public sector accounting had a significant influence on the performance of government institutions at the Regional Revenue Agency (BAPENDA) of Ogan Komering Ulu District. Meanwhile, for the internal control variable, there was a significant influence of internal control on the performance of government institutions at the Regional Revenue Agency (BAPENDA) of Ogan Komering Ulu District. Simultaneously, F count 219,570F table 3,30, so Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, meaning there was a significant influence of the implementation of public sector accounting and internal control on the performance of government institutions at the Regional Revenue Agency (BAPENDA) of Ogan Komering Ulu District. The coefficient of determination (R2) obtained was 0.934, which means that the contribution of the influence of the implementation of public sector accounting and internal control system on the performance of government institutions was 93.4%, while the remaining 6.6% was influenced by other variables not included in this research model

    The aim of this study is to analyze how perceived value and perceived quality affect customer satisfaction. Additionally, determining which variable has a greater impact on customer satisfaction. The research object was the local brand of Indonesian cheese, branded X. The research approach used was quantitative, with primary data sources. Purposive sampling is the approach used in the data collection process. A survey conducted online with all X cheese buyers obtained 158 responses. According to the research findings, customer satisfaction is positively and significantly impacted by perceived value and perceived quality. Customer satisfaction is more strongly influenced by perceived quality.     Dalam era perubahan struktur organisasi pemerintah, transformasi menjadi kunci untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, adaptabilitas, dan pelayanan masyarakat. Presiden Joko Widodo telah merampingkan jumlah eselon dalam administrasi pemerintah, dengan fokus pada peralihan dari jabatan struktural ke jabatan fungsional. Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kota Bandar Lampung, sebagai bagian dari BPS, telah mengubah jabatan struktural menjadi jabatan fungsional tertentu untuk meningkatkan kinerja organisasi di tingkat daerah. Perubahan struktural juga berdampak pada kompensasi karyawan, dengan harapan bahwa peningkatan insentif kinerja akan mendorong karyawan untuk bekerja lebih efisien. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan eksplanatori untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara Rotasi Jabatan, kompensasi, kepuasan kerja, dan kinerja karyawan di BPS Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian melibatkan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan pemeriksaan dokumen, dengan analisis data menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) dalam perangkat lunak SmartPLS.     Penelitian ini membahas peran sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang berfokus pada Dinas Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif Provinsi Lampung. SDM yang berkualitas dan berpengalaman menjadi landasan utama bagi kinerja instansi dan kesejahteraan karyawan. Faktor-faktor seperti kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan kepuasan kerja diduga dapat memengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi dampak kepemimpinan pada kinerja pegawai serta faktor motivasi dan kepuasan kerja memengaruhi kinerja pada Dinas Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif Provinsi Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner kepada seluruh pegawai Dinas Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif Provinsi Lampung dengan total 63 pegawai. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Selain itu, temuan menegaskan bahwa faktor-faktor tersebut secara bersama-sama memengaruhi kinerja. Hasil ini memiliki implikasi penting bagi manajemen dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dan mencapai tujuan Dinas Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif Provinsi Lampung. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pemahaman faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja pegawai di sektor pariwisata dan ekonomi kreatif, serta memberikan landasan untuk perbaikan manajerial di masa depan

    This study aims to explore work motivation, especially interinsic and external motivation consisting of task meaning, growth opportunities, compensation, career development, organizational justice to work involvement. In addition, the study will look at the relationship between work engagement and employee performance. The approach used is a quantitative approach. The data source used is the primary data source, with the data collection method, namely questionnaires, with distribution using online questionnaires. Respondents in this study amounted to 100 respondents, where in determining respondents purposive sampling techniques were used or there were prerequisites or criteria in taking respondents. The requirement or criterion is that respondents already have a working period of more than one year. The data analysis tool used is the structural equation model (SEM). The results showed that the meaningfulness of duty, compensation, organizational justice had an effect on work engagement. However, growth opportunities and career development have no effect on job engagement.     This study discusses the analysis of the factors that influence the performance of employees of the cooperative, small and medium enterprises in East Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The data used uses primary data. The results showed that partially analysis has a significant influence on the performance of employees of the union, Small and Medium Enterprises Office, meaning that the workload has a significant influence on the performance of the employees of the union, Small and Medium Enterprises Office. The results showed that simultaneously all independent variables Analysis (X1) and Workload (X2) jointly have a significant influence on the performance of the union Office employees, Small and Medium Enterprises. The job analysis variable (X1) and the workload variable (X2) are strategic factors for improving the performance of cooperative, small and medium enterprise employees, this is because the results of this study have a significant effect. This research is expected to be useful for the cooperative, small and medium enterprises in East Ogan Komering Ulu Regency in making decisions regarding employee performance issues.     The purpose of this study was to determine the financial performance of PT. Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk in 2018-2020. To determine the company's financial performance is to use financial ratio analysis techniques. The ratio analysis used in this study is the liquidity ratio (current ratio, quick ratio, and cash ratio), solvency ratio (DAR ratio, DER ratio, and LTDtER ratio), and profitability ratios (ROA ratio, ROE ratio, and NPM ratio). . The financial statements used in this study are the financial statements of PT. Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk in the 2018-2020 period.Based on the liquidity ratio in the calculation of the current ratio, quick ratio, and cash ratio of PT. Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk in 2018-2020 was classified as poor and produced a fairly low ratio, which resulted in the illiquidity of the company. The solvency ratio performance of PT. Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk in 2018-2020 on the calculation of the DAR ratio, DER ratio, and LTDtER ratio are classified as not good and produce a fairly high ratio, which results in the company having to pay a fairly high burden. Profitability ratio performance of PT. Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk in 2018-2020 on the calculation of the ROA, ROE, and NPM ratios are classified as not good and produce a fairly low ratio, which results in a level of profit that is not maximized.Keywords — Financial Statement Analysis, Financial Performance, Financial Ratio
