Specific targets to be achieved in this research are to implement the architecture and web services technologies for the purposes of data communication between different platform and designing services that are equipped with query mapping on academic information system of Polytechnic Lampung for the purpose of providing (response) of data web services push system PDPT. web services technology and mapping query on academic information systems, will unify the existing data on academic information system with required data for reporting to the DIRJEN DIKTI's PDPT machine. All the processes that will occur will be directed and driven by purpose and adapted to the context of the environment. Independent learning is influenced by personal factors, environment and behavior. One of the personal factors that affect independent learning is self-efficacy. If the students do not have a high self-efficacy, it means that they will deal with failure because in their mind is only about a sense of failure. This study will be conducted on students at private colleges of Bandar Lampung . This research aims to examine how the influence of self-efficacy on student learning independence Colleges in Bandar Lampung.The research method using a quantitative approach. Strata each class of instruments in this study using the scale independence of researchers studying the adaptation of the Motivated Strategies for Learning Questionnaire or MSLQ. Self measuring instrument efficacy is adapted from general self-efficacy scale compiled by Ralf Schwarzer. Furthermore, the results of this study are variable of self efficacy has 0478 regression coefficient means that the variable significance of self-efficacy positively affect student learning independence on PTS in Bandar Lampung, gender variable has a value of -0734 regression coefficient means that the variable is not gender affect student learning independence on PTS in Bandar Lampung. Thus Lampung could become a new tourist destination for local and foreign tourists. There are many websites that inform Lampung tourist destination. Of the many existing tourism website Lampung, yet there are websites that provide facilities such guides guiding map routes with the shortest path for tourists to tourist sites to be addressed. In addition, there are websites that provide information only use one language is Indonesian so inflexible for tourists who come from overseas. The approach used in the determination of the shortest path is to use genetic Encryption.This approach is a heuristic approach. The approach differs from conventional approaches. The difference in the working principle enables the system can produce more accurate information and faster processing. Implementation of this tourist site is made based on android thus enabling simpler implementation of applications using mobile phones, tablet PCs, etc. Implementation of genetic Encryption android based system is expected to be complete tourist guide and easy to use by both local and foreign tourists. This can be made possible because of the system in addition to providing extensive information about the destination they want to visit, equipped with information and equipped with maps accommodation pointer that can be passed by the shortest route to potential tourists to tourist sites, hotels and restaurants that want to target. These have shown the efficiency, time and costs so that accuracy in determining the shortest path between a city is required.The results of determination of shortest path will be considered in the decision to take path that will be pursued. Increasing the quality of human resources will produce an output per strip of labor in the production process or in other words a certain output can be generated less sacrifice labor so that the organization can be more efficient and effective in achieving goals and objectives. The quality of human resources when associated with quality managerial personnel, the success of a manager is measured by its ability to distort managerial functions as well. As for personnel implementation is measured by the ability to complete the work according to organization's target.The results show that the relationship between the Internal Audit with performance appraisal, discipline with performance appraisal is a very strong and positive. There are other factors that affect the relationship between internal audit and discipline either individually or jointly with performance appraisal. So far, the schedule of subject sin Junior High School in Bandar Lampung announced manually with paper pasted on the notice board. Schedule these subject sin the form ofa table containing the code ssubject teachers. The code must be matched to the table the teacher to know the names o fsubjects. The problems that occurinthe process of finding these subjects usually areerrors in the code view teacher educators, so tha tthe name of the lessons learnedis invalid. The purpose of this study is to design a layout application schedule of subjects at Junior High School in Bandar Lampung. Software development methods in this study using the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) models Waterfall. And data collectionis done by the method of observation and literature. Implementation of the Waterfall modelis described through system analysis, context diagram, DFD, the structure of the database tables, relationships between tables, and design input output. This research resulted in a layout application subject will give provide input to the school.
