No full textПрактичні настанови ґрунтуються на чинних Наукових настановах ESPEN з клінічного харчування при
захворюваннях печінки. Їх було скорочено та перетворено на блок-схеми для зручнішого використання
в клінічній практиці. Настанови призначені для професіоналів (лікарів, дієтологів, нутриціологів та
медичних сестер), які працюють з пацієнтами з хронічними захворюваннями печінки. Загалом представлено 103 твердження та рекомендації з короткими коментарями щодо харчового та метаболічного ведення пацієнтів з: 1) гострою печінковою недостатністю, 2) алкогольним стеатогепатитом, 3) неалкогольною жировою хворобою печінки, 4) цирозом печінки, 5) після операції/трансплантації печінки.
Рекомендаціям, пов’язаним із захворюванням, передують загальні рекомендації щодо діагностики стану харчування пацієнтів із захворюваннями печінки та ускладнень, пов’язаних з лікувальним харчуванням

Get PDFМета роботи – висвітлити основні способи забезпечення оптимального засвоєння студентами матеріалу з дисципліни патоморфологія як основи клініко-морфологічної діагностики. У статті обгрунтована концепція матеріально-технічного та навчально-методичного забезпечення навчання здобувачів вищої освіти на кафедрі патологічної анатомії з секційним курсом у світлі сучасних вимог інтеграції в європейські та світові освітні структури. Насамперед це практично-орієнтоване навчання, що дозволяє досягти розвитку клініч¬ного мислення на основі знань патоморфологічних показників. Однією із важливих умов навчання є напрямок, який визначає професійну компетентність майбутніх фахівців – базовий рівень, прагнення до подальшої самоосвіти, аналітичне мислення, узагальнення наявної інформації, уміння прогнозувати і вирішувати нештатні ситуації тощо. Важливим моментом є сучасне навчання студентів з впровадженням таких іннова¬ційних технологій, як: комп’ютерні віртуальні програми-тренінги з патоморфології, відеофільми, мультимедійні лекції, технічне обладнання робочих місць студентів у навчальних кімнатах. Особливих вимог по¬требують уміння студентів працювати з гістологічним матеріалом, який використовуються в постановці остаточного діагнозу. Клініко-морфоло¬гічна ерудиція особливо важлива в практиці кожного сучасного лікаря, і глибокі знання потоморфологічних процесів повинні займати провідне місце в його активі для вирішення професійних обов’язків в сфері ме¬дичного обслуговування. Лише при повноцінній констеляції навчально-методичного та матеріально-технічного забезпечення освітнього процесу при вивчення патоморфології можливо забезпечити підготовку висококваліфікованого, конкурентоспроможного лікаря.The purpose of the work is to highlight the mаin wаys to ensure optimаl аssimilаtion by students of mаteriаl in the discipline of pаthomorphology аs the bаsis of clinicаl аnd morphologicаl diаgnosis. The аrticle substаntiаtes the concept of mаteriаl аnd technicаl аnd educаtionаl аnd methodologicаl support for higher educаtion аt the Depаrtment of Pаthologicаl Аnаtomy with а sectionаl course in the light of modern requirements for integrаtion into Europeаn аnd world educаtionаl structures. First of аll, it is prаctice-oriented leаrning thаt аllows to аchieve the development of clinicаl thinking bаsed on knowledge of pаthomorphologicаl indicаtors. One of the importаnt conditions of trаining is the direction thаt determines the professionаl competence of future professionаls - bаsic level, the desire for further self-educаtion, аnаlyticаl thinking, generаlizаtion of аvаilаble informаtion, the аbility to predict аnd solve emergencies аnd more. Аn importаnt point is the modern educаtion of students with the introduction of such innovаtive technologies аs: computer virtuаl trаining progrаms on pаthomorphology, videos, multimediа lectures, technicаl equipment of students’ workplаces in clаssrooms. The аbility of students to work with histologicаl mаteriаl used in the finаl diаgnosis requires speciаl requirements. Clinicаl аnd morphologicаl erudition is especiаlly importаnt in the prаctice of every modern physiciаn, аnd in-depth knowledge of pаthomorphologicаl processes should tаke а leаding plаce in his аssets to аddress professionаl responsibilities in the field of heаlth cаre. The Impact of Nutritional Quality on the Students’ Health
Get PDFAim: To study the nutritional quality and its impact on the health of the students of higher education institutions.
Material and methods: 647 students were interviewed. A questionnaire, which contains 17 questions and is aimed at studying the quality
of students’ nutrition, was created by authors. Experimental (EG, n = 60) and control (CG, n = 60) groups were formed. The EG included the
students whose diet was rational while studying, the CG included the students whose diet was irrational. The level of students’ health was
examined at the end of studying according to the methodology of professor G.L. Apanasenko.
Results: It was found that only 30.6% of students ate 3-4 times a day, 14.4% – twice a day, 49.8% did not follow any dietary regimen, and
7.9% of students would not eat breakfast at al 43.7% of male students and 53.3% of female students did not follow a dietary regimen at
all. A comparative analysis of the physical health of students of EG and CG showed that among both male and female students, the students
whose diet was rational had significantly better (p<0.001) level of health.
Conclusions: It was determined that the majority of students had low nutritional quality while studying: nutrition was irrational, incomplete,
and not varied. This does not contribute to a healthy lifestyle of modern students and can negatively affect the efficiency of their future
professional activities

Репрезентація концепту WAR в англомовній лінгвокультурі
Get PDFУ статті на матеріалі англійського художнього дискурсу виявлено особливості вербалізації та структурування концепту WAR. З’ясовано основні лексичні вербалізатори концепту WAR в англомовній лінгвокультурі. Концепт формує як сегмент, що має негативне маркування та передбачає компоненти смерть, розруха, зрада, підлість, ненависть тощо, так і позитивно оцінений сегмент із складниками свобода, життя, любов, гідність, героїзм.The features of verbalization and structuring of the concept war on the material of the artistic discourse in English language culture are revealed in the article. It is found out how the conceptualization has led to its development. At the beginning of the 20th century, international relations have dramatically changed in the world. There is a risk that people of different worldviews may interpret certain military notions (in particular the linguocultural concept WAR) otherwise. The solution of this complex problem of ambiguity must be sought in the etymology of the linguocultural concept WAR and its lexical field. The concept of WAR is vividly expressed in the English-language picture of the world, and its expression has a deep national and cultural specificity. Subject-image, conceptual and value components can be distinguished in the structure of this concept. The semantic field of the WAR concept consists of the kernel (the «State of Armed Conflict» micro field) and the semantic periphery objectified by the «Situation of Antagonism» and «Art of War» micro fields. The main lexical verbalizers of the WAR concept were also identified. These include the war token itself, as well as the corresponding synonymous tokens and lexical associations. A new understanding of the concept of WAR is observed within the English-language artistic and journalistic discourses, which is realized in the system of conceptual metaphors. The concept war in the artistic discourse of participants is a multidimensional mental formation, very complex, encompassing radically opposite meanings. It is clear that the sense of the concept includes components that are associated with death, agitation, pain, horror, depression and more. At the same time the structure of the concept includes extremely positive meanings that can be verbalized in such words as life, love, honesty, help and heroism.
