Exploring the obstacles and enablers of female entrepreneurs in Pakistan\u27s service sector: A pathway to gender equality, social inclusion, and sustainability
The research investigates women\u27s motivation, and challenges in business, focusing on gender equality and social inclusion\u27s impact on female entrepreneurs in the service industry. This is qualitative research. Phenomenology served as the research design. The semi-structured interviews were employed for interviews from eighteen entrepreneurs after acquiring ethical approval. Thematic analysis was employed as a data analysis approach. Multiple methods assured rigor. The study\u27s outcome addressed several themes, suggesting that Women\u27s entrepreneurship may increase social inclusion, and gender equality, and lessen poverty. Nevertheless, Pakistani women entrepreneurs experience hurdles such as social and cultural restraints, discrimination, and gender inequities. Despite these hurdles, several motivations might inspire beginning their firms. After adopting the results of the research sustainability, women empowerment, and per-capital income may be realized. Liberal feminist thought advocates equal liberty for women. This research supports Carol Gilligan\u27s work connected to liberal feminism that women have equal liberty to conduct work like a man. The study\u27s results highlight the need to enact gender-inclusive policies in Pakistan to alleviate gender inequities and provide an environment conducive to women\u27s entrepreneurship to achieve Sustainable Development Goals. This research is advantageous for female entrepreneurs, policymakers, academics, and international entities involved in promoting women\u27s entrepreneurship

Enhancing Physical Therapy Practice through Interprofessional Collaboration: Addressing Elderly Self-Neglect via PT and Behavioral Health Integration
Purpose: This article examines the role of interprofessional collaboration between Physical Therapy (PT) and Behavioral Health (BH) services in identifying and supporting elderly individuals at risk of self-neglect. Through a case study, we explore the benefits of integrating interprofessional collaboration and APS reporting processes into PT practice.
Problem: Self-neglect among older adults is a critical public health issue often overlooked in healthcare settings. PTs, as mandated reporters, frequently encounter patients exhibiting signs of self-neglect but may lack training in psychosocial and cognitive assessment skills necessary for effective intervention.
Significance: Interprofessional collaboration enables PTs to address both physical and psychosocial risk factors, which are essential in preventing further deterioration of health in elderly patients. Engaging BH professionals brings valuable expertise in identifying psychological concerns, thus facilitating a more comprehensive and effective approach to care.
Implications: By adopting interdisciplinary strategies, PTs can make well-informed APS referrals, enhancing patient safety. This collaboration also highlights the need to expand PT education to include psychosocial assessment and APS reporting protocols, thereby strengthening future practice standards.
Conclusion: The case study illustrates how PT-BH collaboration can improve patient care outcomes by addressing complex health issues in elderly patients. Incorporating these interdisciplinary practices in PT education and clinical settings is essential for fostering a holistic, patient-centered approach to managing self-neglect, ultimately enhancing the quality of care and patient safety

Generation Z (Gen Z), is currently graduating from college and joining the workforce in the United States. Gen Z is distinctly unique from other generations and has been identified as highly entrepreneurial. Gen Z has also been recognized as being highly reliant on technology, which is something that the banking industry, but specifically, smaller community banks have not yet fully embraced. The Rise of E-Commerce and Digital Marketplaces: Implications for Consumer Engagement and Market Efficiency
E-commerce and online marketplaces have witnessed remarkable growth over the past twenty years, transforming consumer behaviour and global business practices. This paper examines the factors contributing to the rise of e-commerce, focuses on its implications for consumer behaviour, and the business performance. The study employed a descriptive research design and utilised a survey method to gather data from fifty SMEs operating online businesses in Nigeria. Structured questionnaires were administered to business owners and managers to gain insight into their operational strategies, digital marketing adoption, and perceived challenges facing the e-commerce and online marketplaces in Nigeria. Data were analysed using descriptive statistical tools, including frequency distribution and percentages. Through an empirical analysis of recent trends, this research discusses the role of digital infrastructure, consumer preferences, technological advancements, and regulatory policies in shaping the e-commerce ecosystem. The finding reveals that mobile commerce, digital payment system, and presence of artificial intelligence play important role in the evolution of e-commerce and transformation of online marketplaces. Consequently, the study proposes policy recommendations aimed at addressing issues such as data privacy, cybersecurity and the digital divide. Promoting Student Engagement in Interprofessional Education to Advance Institution-Based Research, Curriculum Development, and Practice Interventions
Abstract
Background
The Michigan Center for IPE (C-IPE) Student Advisory Committee (SAC) is a student-run committee that serves as a collaborative student community among health professional schools at our institution. Since its creation in 2018, SAC identified a need for students to take a lead in improving the interprofessional education (IPE) experience at the University of Michigan in collaboration with the C-IPE.
Methods
Together with the C-IPE, SAC focused on three tasks to achieve its goals: (1) increasing student engagement in IPE, (2) increasing transparency of ongoing changes in high-level curricular planning by positioning students to be active contributors to the design, implementation, and continuous quality improvement of IPE opportunities, and (3) intentionally cultivating student-faculty relationships.
Results
The initiatives facilitated by SAC in conjunction with the C-IPE have supported an increase in student engagement and interest within the IPE space. Challenges with sustained and proliferative student engagement remain.
Lessons Learned
Partnering with faculty, student-led IPE collaborations can promote student engagement within IPE to support the development of IPE-based research, curriculum development, and practice interventions within the institutional setting.
Future Directions
The information presented may provide fruitful strategies for institutions and student leadership groups to improve student engagement within IPE settings. Based on our experience with SAC, it is now evolving to include leadership development opportunities for students.
Limitations
Majority of student engagement within IPE at the University of Michigan has been limited to efforts within the SAC space. Furthermore, a single institution report may limit aspects of applicability to other contexts.

Digital Entrepreneurship Is Redefining Entrepreneurship
This paper provides empirical evidence to conceptualize how digital technologies reconfigure entrepreneurship. Taking an inductive theory-building approach, we first examined the extant literature. Our research study utilised case studies and surveys. More than forty extensive interviews were conducted with experienced digital entrepreneurs (DEs). The analysis followed an iterative grounded theory approach. These Australasian findings indicated that a continuum exists as traditional ventures migrate towards digital operations, forming hybrid models that reflect both the characteristics of traditional entrepreneurism and DE. But, while the motivation of DEs and traditional entrepreneurs were similar, their modes of developing products and ventures differed in terms of strategic intent, knowledge acquisition, business models, and venture stages. The findings confirm that it is the knowledge from social media that plays the critical role for digital entrepreneurs, rather than their digital products and platforms. Understanding what underpins digital entrepreneurship development is critical for practitioners attempting to capitalize on venture opportunities. Impact of Interprofessional Instructional Design on Graduate Healthcare Students Collaborative Practice Competency
Purpose This study examines the impact of three delivery models of an interprofessional education (IPE) curriculum on perceptions of interprofessional collaborative practice competencies among graduate-level health profession students. The curriculum was rooted in the Interprofessional Education Collaborative (IPEC) Core Competencies (2016).
Problem Statement Despite widespread recognition of the importance of IPE in preparing healthcare students for collaborative training by numerous health organizations, health profession programs, and their accrediting agencies, there is no clear pedagogical best practice for training students from various health professions to achieve effective interprofessional training.
Significance IPE is essential for fostering skills in interprofessional collaboration, a critical factor in improving health outcomes. By examining different delivery methods, this study contributes evidence on how curricular design impacts collaborative competency development, offering guidance to educators and institutions seeking to implement effective IPE strategies.
Implications Results showed statistically significant improvements in perceived collaborative competencies across all delivery methods. These findings suggest that content and objectives grounded in a strong competency framework, such as IPEC, may outweigh the impact of specific delivery methods. Educators should prioritize curricular content and objectives while choosing delivery methods that address logistical and institutional constraints.
Conclusion This study highlights the importance of an IPE curriculum based in a strong theoretical, competency-based framework. Health professions programs should focus on developing robust curricular content while adopting flexible delivery methods tailored to institutional needs, ensuring consistent gains in interprofessional collaboration skills among students
