DigiFREN - research data
The DigiFREN project undertakes a comparative study of the digital aestheticisation of changing sensitive environments in Europe. The historical and ethnographic research conducted within the project aims to elucidate the ways in which digital media and technologies are transforming human-environment relations in their sensory, affective, discursive and practical manifestations and dimensions. Digital aestheticization, as a multifaceted and negotiated process, remains in a dialectical tension between the concrete experience of the environment and surroundings and more universal views and perceptions of them.
As part of the project, each of the research teams has selected sites that reflect the cultural, social and environmental diversity of Europe. In the case of Poland, the Oder Valley in Lower Silesia; Slovenia, the alpine valleys of Solčavsko and Bohinj; Croatia, the Adriatic coast of Telašćica and Paklenica; Finland, the Finnish peat bogs of Sodankylä and Lieksa; and Norway, the Sørmarka urban forest in Stavanger. We are interested in the similarities and connections, but also in the contrasting processes and phenomena within which digital aesthetics articulate themselves in relation to the specified sites and their surroundings

A Polish epigenome study in forensic and anthropological contexts
This GSA and DNA methylation dataset was generated in an observational, cross-sectional study that involved ~760 individuals of Polish descent. The study aimed to find correlations between methylation signatures and various traits
Spatially Offset Raman Spectroscopy toward In Vivo Assessment of the Adipose Tissue in Cardiometabolic Pathologies, SORS spectra - raw data
This dataset contains baseline-corrected SORS spectra acquired from perigonadal white adipose tissue (gWAT) in a murine model of atherosclerosis, heart failure, and high-fat diet (HFD)-induced obesity. The data were collected as part of a research project funded by the National Science Centre (OPUS 17 (no. 2019/33/B/ST4/00878 to A.K.), PRELUDIUM 20 (no. 2021/41/N/ST4/03701 to Z.M.)) and support the publication of the article titled "Spatially Offset Raman Spectroscopy toward In Vivo Assessment of the Adipose Tissue in Cardiometabolic Pathologies.
Data on examination of the P(OEGMA-co-MAA) brush coatings integrating protein resistance and bioconjugation.
Data obtained during measurements related to the publication. Intensities of TOF-SIMS signals characteristic for substrate, polymer mers and amino-acids calculated for analysed P(OEGMA-co-MAA) brush coatings from TOF-SIMS spectra. Time dependencies of characteristic ions intensities calculated from TOF-SIMS depth profiles. High resolution TOF-SIMS spectra and TOF-SIMS depth profiles were recorded with TOF.SIMS 5 instrument (ION-TOF GmbH). X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy C1s core-level spectra, with fitted peaks, recorded for analysed P(OEGMA-co-MAA) brush coatings. Fluorescence microscopy images of P(OEGMA-co-MAA) brush coatings with immobilized fluorescence labeled proteins. Data on cell number and results of the MTT test for fibroblasts cells cultured on P(OEGMA-co-MAA) 75/25 brush
Expanding Interzeolite Transformation Intermediates (ITIs) to Small-Pore Zeolites for Selective Plastic Upcycling - replication data
Interzeolite transformations (IZTs) provide a powerful strategy for designing zeolitic catalysts with enhanced accessibility of active sites for reactants. Here, we present raw data for a series of crystalline FAU–CHA interzeolite transformation intermediates (ITIs), revealing intimately intergrown FAU and CHA domains that preserve and reorganize key building units
Numerical results for the project "Stability of the symmetry-protected topological phase and Ising transitions in a disordered U(1) quantum link model on a ladder"
This dataset contains the numerical data for the manuscript submitted to Physical Review B, with its preprint accessible at: arxiv.org/pdf/2512.10642.
The manuscript concerns the project "Stability of the symmetry-protected topological phase and Ising transitions in a disordered U(1) quantum link model on a ladder"
Study of the polycaprolactone-hydroxyapatite composites - research data
Data generated during studies on the bioactive composite of poly(e-caprolactone) and micro-hydroxyapatite are provided. These raw measurement data are related to research supported by the Polish National Science Centre Grant MINIATURA 8 No. 024/08/X/ST4/01426. The research has been supported also by a grant from the Faculty of Chemistry under the Strategic Programme Excellence Initiative (Young Labs competition - Edition 4 and 5) at Jagiellonian University

Dataset from CPT symmetry tests in ortho-positronium decays with the J-PET detector - research data
This dataset contains the final results obtained from the tests of CPT symmetry in the ortho-positronium decays measured with the J-PET detector. The data consist of Monte Carlo simulated signal and background contributions, the total Monte Carlo simulations, and the corresponding experimental data in this study
