Population Income in Uzbekistan and an Examination of Influencing Factors
This article examines metrics that measure Uzbekistan\u27s population\u27s quality of life, as well as elements that raise the population\u27s income and impact it. The population\u27s income was determined by a variety of factors, including predicted years of schooling, the number of people in employment, and state budgetary expenditures allotted to the social sector. The significance and effect of these elements were examined using regression analysis and the correlation coefficient. The econometric model\u27s findings are used to draw conclusions and make recommendations
Current State of Supplying the Population with Agricultural Products
This article provides reasons for the need to study the level of supply of agricultural products in the world community. Also, in the article, the situation of providing the population of Uzbekistan with food products, which is the main product of agriculture, is studied. Addresses the increasing global demand for agricultural products driven by the rapid growth of the population, projected to reach 9.6 billion by 2050. It highlights the need to increase agricultural production by 70% to meet future demands. Focusing on Uzbekistan, where agriculture contributes 32% of GDP and employs 27% of the workforce, the study emphasizes the importance of agricultural development as part of national policy. It examines the country’s strategies to ensure food security, particularly following the presidential decree aimed at strengthening food safety. Various challenges such as limited arable land, climate change, and water scarcity are discussed, alongside solutions like increased state support and improved transport infrastructure. The analysis reveals that Uzbekistan’s production of key food products surpasses the minimum consumption norms, demonstrating a positive trend in agricultural productivity. Key recommendations for improving food supply systems include state intervention in logistics and support for local farmers and producers, particularly in hard-to-reach area

Socio-Economic Importance of Small Business and Private Entrepreneurship in Uzbekistan
This study investigates the socio-economic importance of small business and private entrepreneurship in Uzbekistan, highlighting their pivotal role since the country\u27s independence. Despite significant attention to small business development, there remains a knowledge gap regarding the specific socio-economic impacts and the structural challenges faced by these enterprises. Using a mixed-methods approach, including qualitative analysis of policy documents and quantitative data from recent government reports, this research identifies key drivers and barriers to small business growth. The findings reveal that small businesses significantly contribute to employment, economic diversification, and innovation, but are hindered by regulatory inefficiencies and limited access to finance. The results underscore the need for targeted policy interventions to enhance the business environment and support sustainable growth in the sector, which is crucial for Uzbekistan\u27s long-term economic stability and development
