Characterization of the ethical use of disruptive technologies in education: Artificial intelligence case.
Full text linkEl objetivo principal de este artículo consiste en realizar una revisión integral y práctica de la literatura con el fin de caracterizar del uso ético de las tecnologías disruptivas en la educación: caso inteligencia artificial (IA), en este se indagaron tanto los principales impactos de la inteligencia artificial a la educación, así como los desafíos y las consideraciones a la moralidad y el desarrollo sostenible de esta tecnología para ello, se realizó una búsqueda, recopilación y análisis de información en diversas bases de datos, empleando algunos de los siguientes descriptores: “Inteligencia Artificial”, “Ética Profesional”, “la Inteligencia Artificial en los Procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje”, Impacto y desafíos de la Inteligencia Artificial en la Educación”, “Impacto de la Inteligencia Artificial en el Desarrollo Sostenible”.
El artículo evidencia que la IA ha revolucionado numerosos aspectos de la vida, ofreciendo un potencial inmenso para mejorar la eficiencia, la comunicación y la toma de decisiones. Sin embargo, su implementación debe ser cuidadosa y ética, dado que su capacidad para influir en nuestras vidas es cada vez mayor. Aunque esta puede automatizar tareas y facilitar la comprensión de información compleja, es esencial reconocer que no reemplaza la inteligencia humana y requiere supervisión. Para garantizar un desarrollo y uso responsable, es necesario establecer estándares y regulaciones que protejan la privacidad, eviten el sesgo algorítmico y promuevan la equidad. En última instancia, la IA debe ser vista como una herramienta al servicio de la humanidad, y su implementación debe estar alineada con valores éticos y sociales.The main objective of this article is to carry out a comprehensive and practical review of the literature in order to characterize the ethical use of disruptive technologies in education: case of artificial intelligence (AI), in which both the main impacts of artificial intelligence to education, as well as the challenges and considerations to the morality and sustainable development of this technology, for this purpose, a search, compilation and analysis of information was carried out in various databases, using some of the following descriptors: “ Artificial Intelligence”, “Professional Ethics”, “Artificial Intelligence in Teaching and Learning Processes”, Impact and Challenges of Artificial Intelligence in Education”, “Impact of Artificial Intelligence on Sustainable Development”.
The article shows that AI has revolutionized numerous aspects of life, offering immense potential to improve efficiency, communication and decision making. However, its implementation must be careful and ethical, given that its ability to influence our lives is increasing. Although it can automate tasks and facilitate the understanding of complex information, it is essential to recognize that it does not replace human intelligence and requires supervision. To ensure responsible development and use, it is necessary to establish standards and regulations that protect privacy, prevent algorithmic bias, and promote fairness. Ultimately, AI must be seen as a tool at the service of humanity, and its implementation must be aligned with ethical and social values
Graduation profile and management skills of university students: challenges facing intelligent organizations
Full text linkEl presente estudio es un ensayo donde se expone un análisis sobre el perfil de egreso y las competencias directivas de los egresados cuyo objetivo es el reconocimiento de las IES ante los cambios suscitados en el contexto, de la globalización, del capitalismo y la influencia tecnológica y digital hacia las organizaciones inteligentes. La investigación es de tipo documental, ya que para su realización se basó en la búsqueda y consulta de fuentes de información de libros y artículos de investigación acerca del objeto de estudio. De acuerdo a su profundidad es explicativa porque pretende conocer el comportamiento de las variables de estudio en un contexto determinado. De acuerdo a su inferencia, es deductiva, porque a través de la investigación documental se realizan inferencias sobre las variables de estudio y de acuerdo a su temporalidad tiene un corte transversal de 2019 a 2024. La búsqueda de la información se realizó utilizando palabras claves relacionadas con el perfil de egreso, competencias directivas, organizaciones inteligentes, IES inteligentes o Smart University en las bases de datos de Google Scholar, EBSCO, Dialnet, Redalyc, Latindex, Road, Scielo, Redib, Clarivate y Clase. Los principales resultados consideran que el perfil de egreso de las IES latinoamericanas debe orientarse hacia las competencias directivas inteligentes para enfrentar los cambios en un contexto complejo y vulnerable y fomentar la innovación en los diversos sectores productivos. The present study is an essay that presents an analysis of the graduation profile and the management skills of the graduates whose objective is the recognition of the HEIs in the face of the changes arising in the context of globalization, capitalism and the technological influence and digital towards intelligent organizations. The research is of a documentary type, since its implementation was based on the search and consultation of information sources from books and research articles about the object of study. According to its depth, it is explanatory because it aims to know the behavior of the study variables in a specific context. According to its inference, it is deductive, because through documentary research inferences are made about the study variables and according to its temporality it has a cross-section from 2019 to 2024. The information search was carried out using related keywords with the graduation profile, management skills, smart organizations, smart IES or Smart University in the databases of Google Scholar, EBSCO, Dialnet, Redalyc, Latindex, Road, Scielo, Redib, Clarivate and Class. The main results consider that the graduation profile of Latin American HEIs should be oriented towards intelligent management skills to face changes in a complex and vulnerable context and promote innovation in the various productive sectors

Para la propuesta metodológica se empleó un enfoque cualitativo utilizando la netnografía como método principal. Esta metodología permitió comprender las dinámicas culturales y las percepciones de los usuarios en el entorno digital. Consecutivamente es importante continuar investigando la integración de tecnologías emergentes en la moda digital, fomentando colaboraciones interdisciplinarias proporcionando una comprensión profunda de cómo las nuevas tecnologías están transformando los signos vestimentarios ofreciendo ideas claves valiosas para diseñadores sobre la creación de prendas digitales interactivas y personalizadas que responden a las demandas de un mercado digitalizado.Digital fashion is a phenomenon that has become popular due to the technological era that redefines the interaction with clothing and stylistic expression. digital fashion was explored from the relationship between technology, garment signs and the body in the contemporary era. To illustrate how visual and technological elements converge to redefine fashion in the 21st century. For the methodological proposal, a qualitative approach was employed using netnography as the main method. This methodology allowed us to understand the cultural dynamics and perceptions of users in the digital environment. Consequently, it is important to continue researching the integration of emerging technologies in digital fashion, fostering interdisciplinary collaborations and providing a deep understanding of how new technologies are transforming wearable signs and offering valuable insights for designers on the creation of interactive and personalized digital garments that respond to the demands of a digitized market

Innovative logistics management as a support strategy for sustainable entrepreneurship

El estudio se basa en los planteamientos formulados por Benavides, Moya, Ribes (2022), Jurado (2022), Murillo, Carbajal, Almonte (2022), Rodríguez, Vallejo (2022) Camacho, Rivas, Gaspar, Quiñonez. (2020), entre otros. Desde el punto de vista metodológico el tipo de estudio fue documental. Se eligió el método cualitativo, realizando una búsqueda de la bibliografía en las plataformas Google academic, Scielo, Redalyc y Dialnet, en los idiomas inglés - castellano, usando las siguientes palabras claves: Gestión, Logística, Emprendimiento, Sostenibilidad, Innovación. Se concluyó que la gestión logística innovadora es la base para hacer sostenibles los emprendimientos modernos, pues permite ahorrar cuantiosos recursos, los cuales generan una importante pérdida hasta ahora desestimadaThe main objective of this research is to analyze innovative logistics management as a support strategy for sustainable entrepreneurship. Design of strategies with scientific rigor: professional skill in the training of the industrial engineer
Full text linkLa investigación está orientada al perfeccionamiento del proceso de formación de la habilidad profesional: diseñar estrategias con rigor científico, en la carrera de ingeniería industrial de la Universidad de Pinar del Río, desde un enfoque sistémico e integrador que contribuya a la formación básica y profesional del ingeniero industrial. Se fundamenta teóricamente en acciones estratégicas de implementación a partir de establecer sus ideas principales, principios y etapas desarrolladoras que ordenan, estructuran y rigen el proceso estudiado, desde la lógica del pensamiento del profesional. El estudiante en este caso desconoce las habilidades profesionales de la carrera, particularmente el diseño de estrategias con rigor científico, en consecuencia, la habilidad se estudia desde las asignaturas de la disciplina de matemática para contribuir al proceso de formación. Para formar la habilidad se tiene en cuenta que el rol mediador del profesor caracteriza su desempeño didáctico y determina el grado en que se produce y activa la apropiación consciente de la habilidad profesional diseñar estrategias con rigor científico. Se ofrecen acciones estratégicas para implementar el proceso de formación de la habilidad profesional haciendo énfasis en la superación a los docentes de matemática que modele e integre todo el sistema de acciones y operaciones de la habilidad en la carrera ingeniería industrial. Para este proceso formativo se hace necesario el fuerte vínculo entre el profesor –estudiante en donde es esencial cada una de las acciones para poder formar la habilidad en estudio. The research is aimed at improving the professional skill training process, designing strategies with scientific rigor in the industrial engineering degree at the University of Pinar del Río, from a systemic and integrative approach that contributes to the basic and professional training of the industrial engineer. Strategic implementation actions are theoretically based on establishing their main ideas, principles and developmental stages that order, structure and govern the studied process, from the logic of the professional's thinking. The student in this case is unaware of the professional skills of the career, particularly the design of strategies with scientific rigor, consequently the skill is studied from the subjects of the discipline of mathematics to contribute to the training process. To form the skill, it is taken into account that the mediating role of the teacher characterizes his or her didactic performance and determines the degree to which the conscious appropriation of the professional ability to design strategies with scientific rigor is produced and activated. Strategic actions are offered to implement the professional skill training process, emphasizing the improvement of mathematics teachers that models and integrates the entire system of actions and operations of the skill in the industrial engineering career. For this training process, a strong link between the teacher and the student is necessary, where each of the actions is essential to be able to form the skill under study
Correlational study between maladaptive behaviors and attachment styles in adolescents in school in the city of Florencia, Caquetá
Full text linkLa presente investigación tuvo como objetivo identificar la existencia de una relación entre conductas desadaptativas y estilos de apego en una muestra de adolescentes escolarizados en la ciudad de Florencia, Caquetá, destacando la adolescencia como una etapa decisiva en el desarrollo vital del ser humano que se caracteriza por desafíos emocionales y sociales significativos, esto fundamentado en la teoría del apego propuesta por Bowlby, para el estudio se utilizó un diseño correlacional, usando instrumentos psicométricos como el Camir-R para evaluar los estilos de apego y el cuestionario de capacidades y dificultades para identificar conductas desadaptativas en el ambiente escolar. Los resultados mostraron que no existe una relación significativa entre las dos variables en la dimensión comportamental, sin embargo, se encontraron relaciones moderadas entre estilos de apego inseguros y las dimensiones problemas emocionales y relaciones interpersonales por tanto este hallazgo sugiere que el estilo de apego inseguro tiene influencia de manera parcial en el bienestar psicosocial del adolescente.The objective of this research was to identify the existence of a relationship between maladaptive behaviors and attachment styles in a sample of adolescents attending school in the city of Florencia, Caquetá, highlighting adolescence as a decisive stage in the vital development of the human being that is characterized by significant emotional and social challenges, this based on the attachment theory proposed by Bowlby, for the study a correlational design was used, using psychometric instruments such as the Camir-R to evaluate attachment styles and the questionnaire of abilities and difficulties to identify maladaptive behaviors in the school environment. The results showed that there is no significant relationship between the two variables in the behavioral dimension, however, moderate relationships were found between insecure attachment styles and the dimensions of emotional problems and interpersonal relationships, therefore this finding suggests that the insecure attachment style has a partial influence on the psychosocial well-being of the adolescent
Levels of satisfaction with the life project of stationary informal merchants
Full text linkEsta investigación es de gran relevancia, ya que la autorrealización es una necesidad psicológica cuya falta de satisfacción puede reflejarse en la salud mental de los individuos. El objetivo principal de este estudio es identificar el nivel de satisfacción con el proyecto de vida de los comerciantes informales del microcentro de Florencia, considerando que los comerciantes informales a menudo enfrentan desafíos para satisfacer las necesidades básicas (fisiológicas y de seguridad según Abraham Maslow), debido a la inestabilidad laboral (Benach et al., 2015). Esta situación dificulta el acceso a necesidades superiores como la autorrealización. Para ello, se llevó a cabo un estudio cuantitativo utilizando una encuesta sociodemográfica, la escala de satisfacción con la vida de Diener (Diener et al., 1985) y la escala de desesperanza aprendida de Beck (Beck et al., 1974). Los resultados revelaron una diferenciación entre la satisfacción con la vida y la autorrealización: aunque los comerciantes informales están satisfechos con su vida, no lo están con sus logros personales. Además, se observó que el enfoque cuantitativo limita la comprensión profunda de los proyectos de vida, por lo que se recomienda realizar un estudio mixto. También se sugiere establecer criterios de exclusión basados en la edad y el tiempo que los individuos llevan desempeñando esta labor, ya que estos factores influyen en la satisfacción de los comerciantes informales (Topino et al., 2022). This research is highly relevant, as self-actualization is a psychological need whose lack of fulfillment can be reflected in individuals’ mental health. The main objective of this study is to identify the level of satisfaction with the life project of informal vendors in the microcenter of Florencia, considering that informal traders often face challenges in meeting basic needs (physiological and safety needs according to Abraham Maslow) due to job instability (Benach et al., 2015). This situation hinders access to higher needs such as self-actualization. To this end, a quantitative study was conducted using a sociodemographic survey, Diener’s Satisfaction with Life Scale (Diener et al., 1985), and Beck’s Learned Helplessness Scale (Beck et al., 1974). The results revealed a differentiation between life satisfaction and self-actualization: although informal vendors are satisfied with their lives, they are not satisfied with their personal achievements. Furthermore, it was observed that the quantitative approach limits a deeper understanding of life projects; therefore, a mixed-methods study is recommended. It is also suggested to establish exclusion criteria based on age and the length of time individuals have been engaged in this occupation, as these factors influence the satisfaction levels of informal vendors (Topino et al., 2022)
Influence of Tax Collection on the Colombian General Pension System
Full text linkEl país experimentó un cambio sustancial en 1993 cuando tuvo lugar la reforma de su sistema pensional y de salud mediante la Ley 100, la cual escindió el hasta entonces control estatal de la seguridad social y creó un sistema dual, vigente hasta la fecha, y que consiste en un régimen denominado de Prima Media (RPM) y en otro denominado de Ahorro Individual (RAI). Esta investigación pretendió estudiar el recaudo fiscal y su relación con el empleo en la capitalización del sistema pensional, mediante el contraste de las diversas posturas de analistas sobre el tema, identificando las políticas de recaudo fiscal, su comportamiento frente al empleo, y el sostenimiento del sistema pensional. La metodología utilizada en la investigación cualitativa, con tipo de estudio descriptivo y la aplicación del método hermenéutico-interpretativo. Se encontró que el estado colombiano para satisfacer los imperativos sociales como una justa jubilación, ha tenido que afrontar fenómenos estructurales como el desempleo, la informalidad laboral, los subsidios a las altas pensiones, y la creciente carga deficitaria de las finanzas públicas. Se concluye que, por la tardanza en adoptar medidas efectivas frente a la carga presupuestal derivada del comportamiento de los regímenes exceptuados y especiales, ha llevado a una poca efectividad del ahorro pensional.The country experienced a substantial change in 1993 when its pension and healthcare system was reformed through Law 100. This reform separated the previously state-controlled social security system and created a dual system, in place to this day, consisting of a regime known as the Average Premium (RPM) and another known as the Individual Savings (RAI). This research aimed to study tax collection and its relationship with employment in the capitalization of the pension system by contrasting the various positions of analysts on the subject, identifying tax collection policies, their effect on employment, and the sustainability of the pension system. The methodology used in qualitative research was descriptive and applied the hermeneutic-interpretative method. It was found that, in order to meet social imperatives such as a fair retirement, the Colombian state has had to confront structural phenomena such as unemployment, labor informality, high pension subsidies, and the growing deficit burden on public finances. It is concluded that the delay in adopting effective measures to address the budgetary burden resulting from the behavior of the exempt and special regimes has led to a low level of effectiveness in pension savings
Socioeconomic effect of social isolation due to covid-19 on students of the bachelor's degree in sports sciences 2021-1 of the Antonio José Camacho University Institution
Full text linkEn la presente investigación busco conocer los efectos socioeconómicos que sufrieron los estudiantes de Licenciatura en Ciencias del Deporte de la Universidad Antonio José Camacho, relacionado al aislamiento por COVID 19. Una vez se identificaron estos cambios por medio de la encuesta aplicada, se logra concluir que para los estudiantes la afectación económica fue muy poca, esto debido a que la mayoría de ellos son jóvenes entre los 17 y 24 años que aún conviven con sus padres o familiares cercanos, sin embargo, el 20% de los estudiantes tuvieron dificultades económicas para realizar la matrícula financiera en la universidad. Teniendo en cuenta estas dificultades, la Universidad ofreció varios alivios financieros como una solución para evitar la deserción académica; el gobierno nacional también se ha sumado a las ayudas económicas que son de gran respaldo para los estudiantes y sus familias como lo es la matrícula cero, descuentos por pronto pago, becas. También se evidencia que el 90% de los encuestados siguieron todas o casi todas las medidas que el gobierno impartió para hacerle frente a la pandemia y mitigar el impacto en la salud pública, evitando que la propagación del virus tenga niveles muy altos de contagio. Entre estas medidas están: Uso obligatorio de tapabocas, distanciamiento social, lavado de mano frecuente, y realizar en lo posible teletrabajoIn the present investigation I seek to know the socioeconomic effects suffered by the students of the Bachelor's Degree in Sports Sciences of the Antonio José Camacho University, related to the isolation by COVID 19. Once these changes were identified through the survey applied, it is possible to conclude that for the students the economic affectation was very little, this because most of them are young people between 17 and 24 years old who still live with their parents or close relatives, however, 20% of the students had economic difficulties to make the financial enrollment in the university. Taking into account these difficulties, the University offered several financial reliefs as a solution to avoid academic desertion; the national government has also joined the economic aids that are of great support for students and their families such as zero tuition, discounts for prompt payment, scholarships. It is also evident that 90% of the respondents followed all or almost all of the measures that the government has taken to deal with the pandemic and mitigate the impact on public health, preventing the spread of the virus to have very high levels of contagion. Among these measures are: Mandatory use of masks, social distancing, frequent hand washing, and teleworking if possible
