This survey research outlines the development of tools, the determination of sample groups for data collection in surveys, the monitoring of media access, and the public’s opinion regarding the role of public media. The tools used in the survey include the following: (1) A survey form for evaluating media access and the role of public media; and (2) Interview guidelines for specific groups. All tools were quality-checked, tested, and refined over three rounds to ensure they were suitable for tracking surveys and monitoring. The sample group for the survey in this research consists of a total of 8,695 people age 15 or over, residing in five regions of Thailand: Bangkok and vicinity, Central Region, Northern Region, Northeastern Region, and Southern Region. The sample includes members of the general population who consume public media, as well as specific groups such as the Voiceless group, Civic Citizen group, and Opinion Leader group. The process of developing the tools and defining sample groups underwent rigorous academic procedures, including three rounds of pre-tests and real-world testing over the course of one year. Results from these tests were reviewed, compared, and adjusted to create a reliable tool for evaluating media access and the role of public media in the third round. After developing the tools and defining the sample groups for the survey, and after real-world testing, a summary and proposal for a tracking survey framework for Thai public media are also presented
WELL-BEING AT WORK: PERCEPTION OF HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGERS- AN EXPLORATORY CONTEXTUALIZATION STUDY: Received: 9th September 2024, Revised: 9th December 2024, 12th February 2024, Accepted: 11th June 2025, Date of Publication: 11th December 2025
In a context where labor market competitiveness is intense and the quest for productivity is relentless, well-being at work emerges as a crucial pillar and strategic challenge for Human Resources Managers concerning employee performance and retention. HR professionals are increasingly viewed as strategic partners in driving organizational success. This study contributes to the field by deepening the research on HRMs' perceptions of workplace well-being from an employer's perspective. By focusing specifically on how HR professionals perceive and address well-being at work, this research offers valuable insights into their strategic role and the challenges they face. This perspective is crucial for understanding the employer's viewpoint on well-being and for developing targeted strategies that align with organizational goals in Morocco. This study explores the concept of well-being at work from the perspective of HRMs in Morocco through a qualitative study based on semi-structured interviews with HR professionals across various sectors. The theoretical foundation is rooted in Karasek and Theorell's Demand-Control-Support model, Ryff's Psychological Well-Being model, and Seligman's PERMA model. We have chosen an integrative research model that combines these theoretical perspectives to offer a more comprehensive understanding of complex phenomena. The study contributes theoretically by applying these models to the Moroccan context, revealing unique challenges and perceptions that enrich the global discourse on workplace well-being. The study emphasizes that focusing on well-being is crucial for enhancing organizational performance, strengthening employer branding, and reducing turnover. Adopting a strategic approach to well-being can significantly improve organizational outcomes and foster a more engaged workforce. By integrating theoretical models with empirical data, this study provides a robust framework for understanding and enhancing well-being at work, thereby contributing to both academic literature and practical management strategies within the Moroccan context

These problems provide as an example of the intricate and varied difficulties that women encounter in daily life. The study found that women who seek guidance have a number of socio-psychological issues that represent the worries and difficulties they face in their daily lives, including psychological issues, relationship infidelity, family troubles, commitment uncertainty, and professional obstacles. The study also emphasizes the significant contribution that women have as advice-givers in newspaper advice columns. Women offer guidance on a range of subjects, such as family problems, romantic relationships, and raising kids. This conclusion emphasizes the importance of women's support and guidance of others and the necessity for support systems that empower women to have fulfilled lives
ENHANCING E-COMMERCE SECURITY: A NOVEL APPROACH TO CREDIT CARD FRAUD DETECTION: Received: 30th December 2024, Revised: 13th March 2025, 23rd May 2025, Accepted: 24th June 2025, Date of Publication: 11th December 2025
Credit card fraud presents a risk to businesses and their clients. To combat security breaches, organizations implement different administrative and technical security controls to protect their data. With the increasing use of online transactions, organizations implement fraud detection systems. In this paper, we propose a novel credit card fraud detection system that integrates K-Nearest Neighbors and Naive Bayes machine learning algorithms. It educates employees on adherence to company guidelines and enhances their
ability to handle cyber threats. The proposed system examines online transactions and notifies administrators of suspicious transactions to act. The system is trained and tested on a dataset of 188 transactions. It achieved 94.3% accuracy, 94.4% sensitivity, and 94.1% specificity. The research findings demonstrate effectiveness of the proposed system in improving e-commerce security and safeguarding businesses and customers from this risk

The findings underscore the importance of economic stability, comprehensive healthcare policies, and an age-friendly environment to address the multifaceted needs of the elderly population
OIL PRICES, EXCHANGE RATE VOLATILITY AND FDI INFLOWS ON THE ECONOMIC GROWTH OF GHANA: WAVELET TECHNIQUE AND ARDL APPROACH: Received: 30th December 2024, Revised: 17th January 2025, 24th January 2025, Accepted: 27th January 2025, Date of Publication: 10th December 2025
Ghana, like many other developing economies, is intricately connected to global economic trends and fluctuations. This paper investigates the influence of oil prices, exchange rate volatility and FDI inflows on Ghana’s economic growth. Moreover, it determines the level of interdependencies and the lead/lag connectedness among the variables. The study utilizes time series data from 1995 to 2022 and applies the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model as well as Wavelet Multiple techniques (Wavelet Multiple Correlation (WMC) and Wavelet Multiple Cross-Correlation (WMCC)). Based on the ARDL model, oil prices and exchange rate volatility adversely impact Ghana’s GDP. However, FDI inflows reveal a positive and significant relationship to GDP. Using the Wavelet model, the WMC result demonstrates stronger interdependence among the variables. Finally, the outcome from WMCC indicates that the exchange rate is the dominant variable without any lag that plays a pivotal role in determining the coherence among the economic indicators. Therefore, the study suggests that investment in renewable energy, diversification of export products and markets, enhancement of exchange rate framework, promotion of local content and linkages, and monitoring and evaluation of anti-corruption measures should be encouraged to boost the economy of Ghana

(iii) is the asylum seeker entitled to a second procedure if the criminal charge existed before the first round of procedures? (iv) would aggravating of punishment reasons be analized for the purpose of opening access to a second asylum procedure? (v) can the authenticity of the “new element” be called into question? (vi) is personal situation and professional trajectory relevant for getting access to a second asylum procedure? Each question receives a reasoned answer according to the law, the Romanian case-law and the legal experience of the author. The article naturally ends with specific conclusions calibrated to Romanian law particularities

THE EAST PERCEIVED THROUGH WESTERN PERSPECTIVE: FAUSTO ZONARO AND ISTANBUL: Received: 01st September 2023; Revised: 27th December 2023, 25th January 2024; Accepted: 27th January 2024
For many centuries, Istanbul, as a city of culture, has been a source of inspiration for artists from many different countries. Italian artists were especially influenced by the Eastern world and reflected this influence in their work in almost every era. When we talk about "Western Orientalists on Ottoman lands", we doubtlessly first think of Italian Orientalists such as Gentile Bellini, Fausto Zonaro, Leonardo de Mango, Amadeo Preziosi, Salvatore Valeri, Luigi Acquarone, Raimondo D'Aronco, whose paths crossed through the Ottoman Empire, and who built bridges between these foreign cultures by depicting these exotic lands in their works. During the reign of Sultan Abdulhamit the Second, Fausto Zonaro (1854 – 1929) assumed the title of “Palace Artist” after the Italian artist Luigi Acquarone. Zonaro, as well as being recognized for his realistic depictions, became well known for introducing the newly emerging Western art movements in the Ottoman art circles during its initial stages and became influential by nurturing a new generation of young Ottoman artists by providing training. The way Zonaro perceived Istanbul and the local culture through an Italian perspective, and his difference from other Orientalist artists are crucial in making him a pioneering figure in the history of Turkish painting
