Tracking Algorithm for Cellular Population Dynamics in the Wound Healing Process
Full text linkIn this study, we propose a cell tracking algorithm to improve the accuracy of cell tracking during the wound closure process by refining the output data from a generic tracking algorithm. We evaluated this algorithm by using numerical simulation data, and we demonstrated significant enhancements in tracking performance. By analyzing metrics such as tracking rate and accurate tracking rate, we investigated the effect of parameter settings on tracking accuracy. These results show that the proposed method effectively enables long-term and precise cell tracking, confirming its utility as a robust refinement algorithm for tracking data.departmental bulletin pape

Full text linkOn "Autumn Wind in the Fields" : Reconsidering Fujiwara no Shunzei's Self-Praise Poem

Fujiwara no Shunzei's self-praise poem "When evening comes, the autumn wind in the fields touches my body, the quail cries in Fukakusa Village" shows the empathy between men and women in the 123rd chapter of "The Tales of Ise" brought about by the original poem. In Shunzei's other examples of narration, the expressions expressing the feelings of the characters in the story show feelings shared by men and women, and "touches my body," in which the poet can be taken as the subject along with the quail, is common to the expressions expressing the feelings of the characters in Shunzei's other poems. Shunzei's judgments in "Rokuhyakuban Utaawase" also show this particularity, and we can see Shunzei's position that is different from previous examples that wrote about the autumn wind in the fields, with the impression that it is blowing violently without anything to stop it. It has been said to be a typical example of narration that was inherited by poets in the Shin Kokin period, and has been considered a poem that is different from Shunzei's other narration methods, but in the expression of the feelings of the characters in the story, it has something in common with Shunzei's other poems of narration that were not inherited in the subsequent Shin Kokin period.departmental bulletin pape
