    Diberkati untuk Menjadi Berkat: Sebuah Eksplorasi Teologis dalam Kitab Pentateukh

    Kata “berkat” diucapkan menjadi memberkati dengan menyebut nama Yahweh dan digunakan untuk menggambarkan hubungan antara atasan dan bawahan, yaitu ketika bertemu dengan atasan, bawahan harus berlutut. Penelitian ini menjawab pertanyaan: Bagaimana Pentateukh berbicara tentang Janji Elohim sebagai sumber berkat? Bagaimana Pentateukh berbicara tentang otoritas berkat? Bagaimana Pentateukh berbicara tentang tujuan berkat? Bagaimana dengan Pentateukh? Berbicara tentang bentuk-bentuk berkat? Bagaimana Pentateukh berbicara tentang kualifikasi untuk berkat? Jawaban: (1) Janji Elohim bahwa Abraham adalah sumber berkat bagi umat-Nya. (2) Elohim berwenang atas berkat yang diberikan kepada manusia. (3) Elohim memberikan berkat kepada manusia untuk memampukan seseorang memuliakan Elohim, bukti kepedulian Elohim kepada manusia, dan manusia yang diberkati dapat menjadi saluran berkat bagi sesama. (4) Bentuk berkat Elohim yaitu berkat rohani, berkat jasmani, dan berkat Iman. (5) Syarat untuk memperoleh berkat yaitu memiliki iman, mengasihi Elohim, bekerja keras, dan menabur

    The Teacher's Code of Ethics as a Foundation for Behavior in the Implementation of Christian Religious Education Learning in Schools

    The teacher plays a strategic role in the educational process because the teacher contributes to the formation of student personalities. However, in the implementation of education, including Christian religious education in schools, educational problems related to teacher ethics were founded, therefore this code of ethics is needed as a guideline to regulate the actions and behavior of every educator. This research aims to explain the importance of a teacher's code of ethics as a basis for behavior to maintain teacher professionalism in implementing Christian religious education in schools. In this research, a qualitative research method was used with literature study as a tool to collect data and then present it descriptively. From this research, it can be concluded that the application of a teacher's code of ethics as a basis for behavior plays a central role in forming a learning environment with integrity and responsibility. Teachers who make the Code of Ethics a basis for behavior not only protect themselves from unethical or unprofessional actions but also maintain the trust of students, parents, and the community in educational institutions

    The Description Of National Commitment Value Among Students of STAKPN Sentani Papua

    Papua is one of Indonesia's regions prone to disintegration because some organizations continue to speak of distrust of the central government. Those organizations are called OPM (Free Papua Movement). This study aims to assess the internalization of the values of national commitment through the subject of Christian Education in Compound Society at STAKPN Sentani Papua students. The results of this research can contribute to the government's making policies for peace and integration in Papua. The research includes descriptive quantitative research. Data was collected by questionnaire and analyzed by crosstabs analysis. The results of the study found that the internalization of Christian Education in Compound Society to the value of the commitment to the unity of the Republic of Indonesia was obtained significantly, but for the commitment to love the homeland, willing to sacrifice, maintain the Republic of Indonesia and the unity of the Republic of Indonesia was not significant. The results of this study recommend that students continue to value the commitment to the unity of the Republic of Indonesia because, after all, Papua remains an inseparable part of the Republic of Indonesia. Overall, we found that STAKPN Sentani students, through the subject of Christian Education in a compound society, can have an excellent national commitment value

    The COVID-19 epidemic has enabled students to study and teachers to teach remotely. Teachers must be able to modify course materials so that students are taught the proper methods. Research on education during the epidemic reveals two broad patterns. 1. According to current research, instructors are a cause of worry for pupils during the epidemic. 2. In place of instructors, both studies stress the importance of parents being involved in their children's education. This report aims to address the issue of instructors and students not communicating effectively throughout the epidemic. Primary and secondary data were used, and research informants included instructors, students, parents, and security personnel.     The Role of Storytelling and Bible Story Discussion Learning Methods in Enhancing Material Comprehension and Its Implementation in Modern Life

    In the world of education, it is necessary to study innovative learning methods to achieve better education. Without innovative and creative learning methods, the goals of Christian religious education cannot be achieved properly. Because the success of Christian religious education actually lies in the cooperation of teachers and students in maximizing the desired teaching. Learning to understand the contents of the Bible requires innovation and appropriate methods to produce good quality learning and be able to improve understanding of the material and its implementation in today's life. It is known that the author examines the role of storytelling and discussion learning in understanding the contents of the Bible for students and how to implement it in today's life. The objectives of studying the role of the storytelling learning method and discussion of Bible stories are (1) To see the significance of increasing students' understanding in understanding the contents of the Bible, (2) To evaluate the increase in students' ability to implement Bible stories in today's life. The results of direct observation research in class carried out in 2 research cycles can be concluded as follows: (1) Students' ability to understand Bible story material can be improved through storytelling and discussion learning models. In the pre-cycle, students' ability to understand the material was 15%, increasing in cycle I by 78%, while in cycle II it was 85%. Thus, the application of learning to understand Bible stories through storytelling and discussion learning methods is very effective in improving students' ability to understand the material presented by the teacher. (2) Students' learning achievements also increase after implementing learning through storytelling and discussion learning methods. This can be seen from the results of the percentage of learning completion, both during the mid-semester evaluation and the final semester evaluation

    Implementation of the Flipped Classroom Learning Method in Rural Areas

    The flipped classroom method is a very effective learning method applied in emergency conditions such as the pandemic that has just passed. However, in general, this flipped classroom method is only applied to schools in urban areas because of the very supportive facilities such as strong internet networks, other electronic facilities such as computers, laptops, smart phones and so on. While the condition of schools with various limitations of internet networks, electricity, computers, laptops and smart phones is very difficult in the application of this flipped classroom learning method. That is why the researchers agreed to discuss the implementation of the flipped classroom method especially for schools in rural areas. Various limitations owned by rural schools often hamper the teaching and learning process so that learning objectives cannot be realized properly. The purpose of this study is to present practical steps in the teaching and learning process using the flipped classroom method in rural areas, find the obstacles and solutions so that it can help teachers and students in rural areas. The method used in this research is qualitative with a library study approach. The result of the research on the implementation of flipped classroom method in rural areas is that the flipped classroom method can be implemented in rural areas with all its limitations and constraints

    Analysis of Technology-Based CRE Learning Models Using a Deep Learning Approach for High School Students

    The development of digital technology in the modern era has brought major changes to the world of education, including Christian Religious Education (CRE). The CRE learning process in various schools still tends to be conventional, teacher-centered, and does not make optimal use of technology. This condition has resulted in low student engagement and a lack of reflective understanding of the values of faith. This study aims to analyze technology-based CAR learning models using a deep learning approach for high school students. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a library research study through a review of relevant books, scientific journals, and previous studies. The results of the study show that of the five technology-based learning models studied, namely e-learning, blended learning, mobile learning, multimedia learning, and gamification. The gamification model is the most effective choice to be applied with a deep learning approach. The application of gamification supports the three main dimensions of deep learning, namely meaningful learning, mindful learning, and joyful learning. Through the integration of digital technologies such as gamification, reflective videos, and other interactive media, students not only understand the material cognitively, but are also able to internalize religious values and apply them in their daily lives. This approach has proven effective in developing the potential of high school students cognitively (critical and reflective thinking), physically (active and motivated), and socially (collaborative and empathetic). Thus, technology-based PAK learning with a deep learning approach not only improves academic learning outcomes but also shapes Christian character that is faithful, creative, and responsible amid the challenges of the digital age

    Pembentukan spiritualitas dalam keluarga dapat terganggu oleh hadirnya nilai-nilai yang baru. Salah satu yang tidak terhindarkan adalah sekularisme. Artikel ini mengarahkan pembaca untuk berkewajiban menceritakan perbuatan Allah yang meluas dari bangsa Israel ke bangsa-bangsa lain. Dengan metode kualitatif-deskriptif dan pendekatan teologis-pastoral, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi masmur 96:3, Pemasmur mengajak umat-Nya dalam panggilan untuk menyebarkan kabar baik tentang Tuhan kepada semua orang, tanpa memandang batasan geografi, budaya, atau bangsa. Hasil kajiannya Mazmur 96:3 menuntun bangsa-bangsa kepada terang Kristus baik dalam kelahiran-Nya di tengah keluarga, dalam kehidupan inkarnasi-Nya, penderitaan hingga wafat-Nya dan kebangkitan-Nya menjadi Tuhan dan Raja di atas segala raja

    A Theological Study of Jesus’ Leadership and Management as the Foundation of Church Ministry

    This theological study explores the nature and implementation of Jesus’ leadership and management as a foundational paradigm for church ministry. Utilizing a phenomenological methodology within a naturalistic paradigm and grounded in a qualitative research approach, data were gathered through observation, in-depth interviews, and comprehensive literature analysis. The findings reveal a significant disparity in the understanding and application of Jesus’ leadership and management principles within ecclesial contexts. This discrepancy is primarily attributed to four interrelated factors: (1) insufficient comprehension of the foundational concepts of Jesus’ leadership and management, (2) a lack of clarity regarding their intended purpose within ministry,(3) weak strategic alignment with Jesus’ leadership model, and(4) the  absence of Christlike character in the exercise of leadership roles within the church. Drawing upon theological frameworks and empirical insights, the study proposes a contextualized model for integrating the leadership and management of Jesus as a core foundation for effective and faithful church ministry. The research outcomes offer practical implications for local congregations in Indonesia and serve as a reference point for future theological and pastoral scholarship. All reflections and recommendations are ultimately directed toward the glorification of God
